2/2 condo. Sleeps 6. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: 2 Queens. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. This condo does not have a river view. It is located between the pool and trash receptacles for the complex trash.
Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Camp Warnecke Estates is just steps from the Comal River and right across the street from Schlitterbahn! The open living room/dining room is a great place to relax after a day on the River. Cable TV and free Wifi. The dining table has seating for 4 and the breakfast bar has seating for 4. The cozy kitchen is equipped with all the basics you will need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, and cable TV. The spacious master bathroom has everything you need to get ready! Enjoy the beautiful shower or take a long relaxing bath in the separate bathtub. The second bedroom also has 2 queen beds and is just down the hall from the second spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower wash. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Accommodates 6 people very comfortably. All bedrooms and bathrooms come stocked with high quality linens.
Enjoy walking down to the Comal River with private river access for guests or swim in the pool and hot tub! Visit Gruene or downtown New Braunfels for shopping, restaurants, and live music. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up in the parking lot next to Camp Warnecke between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away. Only two parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. The second parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served.' This condo is on the ground floor, however as soon as you enter the condo you must walk up a flight of stairs. The unit is located next to the dumpsters. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be allowed 2 vehicles on premise with parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No RV’s or trailers.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** This property has wristbands that need to be returned to our office location upon departure. These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

"Camp Warneke Estates
We stay here often. The property is of age and most units need upgraded but for the convenience- we like staying here. We were contacted the day before our departure asking if we wanted to stay an extra night for a discounted rate ($100 less) and we said yes prematurely. We found out that our dog boarder was not able to keep the dogs an additional day so when we told the property we couldn’t stay after all- they were not willing to refund our money. "

"Enjoyed Our Stay — Just a Few Things to Be Aware Of
Overall, a great stay in an unbeatable location! The main reason we chose this place was the location, and it did not disappoint—it truly can’t be beat. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our time at the resort overall. However, we did run into a few issues that are worth mentioning.
When we first arrived, we had a hard time locating the condo and designated parking spot. It wasn’t very clearly marked, which made check-in a little stressful. We also found the TV remotes stuffed inside the couch rather than placed on the tables where they were supposed to be—not a huge deal, just odd.
My main complaint is with the management policies, particularly regarding the wristbands. They charge $100 if one is lost, even though they’re simple silicone bands that probably cost under a dollar. This was especially concerning since we have a 6-year-old, and the bands don't come in different sizes to fit kids. We ended up having my husband wear our child’s band just to avoid the risk of losing it, which doesn’t seem like a great solution.
Also, it felt like we were constantly walking on eggshells toward the end of our stay. There are fees for anything that isn’t done “just right” before checkout, and with the cost of the condo already on the higher side, the added pressure of potentially being charged for small things was stressful. I double- and triple-checked everything before we left just to avoid any extra charges.
All that said, we did have a good time and the location made it worth it. I’d recommend the place with the caveat that some of the policies could definitely be more family-friendly and less rigid. "

"GREAT EXPERIENCE!
We enjoyed our time at your property very much! We chose the option to check-in electronically because we weren’t sure when we would arrive. Good thing we did because two flight to get to Austin were cancelled and we lost a day of fun that we could have had! Anyway, their staff was very accommodating and friendly! We would actually like to come back some day! "

"It was okay
The home is run down, especially the kitchen and living room furniture. The company sends lots of texts with specific instructions and rules and reminders. The worst part was that our sheets were not cleaned before our stay and they were dirty. The resolution was they brought us clean sheets for us to change ourselves. I found it odd that they had so many rules and directions for us to follow - for example asking me over and over again to text them a picture of my ID and credit card, yet they couldn't follow the simple rule of providing a clean apartment to stay in. A positive was the location was good - except this particular unit was located outside the dumpster."

"Loved the location!
This was our 2nd time staying at this particular complex. We love the location. It was even better this year with it being right by the pool. The only complaint we had some one of the stair step and a broken lip/edge that kept popping off. I think it would be a super easy fix, just needs some glue! "

Enjoyed our stay at CW B216. It is centrally located ... very close to the Comal River and Schlitterbahn. The property description was accurate. The entry door is very close to the complex dumpster area (separated by a wooden fence). Management was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. "

"NB Trip
While the location is ideal, I was taken back by the dated accommodations. This was magnified by a broken box spring (I am shocked that this wasn't noticed and fixed prior to our arrival as it was obvious). While the mgmt team was responsive, one couldn't overlook the MB bathroom pocketdoor that stuck, creaky chair in the dining room and sofa cushions that didn't match. "

"Home away from home + River
We stayed in CW B216 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The amenities provided were plenty (paper towels, to, dishwashing soap, etc) to enjoy our stay. The beds were also comfortable, along with all linens required. Prince Solms parks is a quick Uber away so we could utilize exit at the property. We were also able to walk to Schlitterbahn which was awesome! This property is next to the pool so it can be a bit loud until closing time but closing time is an acceptable time, about 10 pm or 11pm. My only complaint is that the wristbands provided are not convenient for children to wear and the lost band charge is hefty. One slipped off of my kid and we had to dive down to find it. A word of caution also is that there are residents that live on property and can be a bit prickly, but as long as you’re parked correctly and wearing your wristbands, you should be ok. 8/10, would totally stay there again!"

"Tubers Paradise Condo
Great place to stay!
We had 6 people - 3 adults, 3 kids. PLENTY of room.
The condo is next to the pool, and the kids really enjoyed going in at night after a full day in the sun. Pool, hot tub and enclosed pool area spotless. Plenty of seating and tables (with umbrellas) to sit and watch them.
Highly recommended."

"Right by the River
This rental was nestled into a great spot of town. Right by the river, easy access getting in and out of the Comal and less than 5-10 minutes away from the heart of NB. We enjoyed everything the condos had to offer, and were very pleased. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend anyone looking for a spot to give this a try. The place was spacious and easily slept us 4, with room to spare. No problems or issues at all and I would love to stay here again. "
