Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks
of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check or refund to credit card account. The
following assessments will apply to cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to
arrival date will result in loss of 20% of total booking amount. Cancellation 30 days or less prior
to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent. Your reservation will not be subject
to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, or a natural disaster. We highly recommend
purchasing travel insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen
cancellations.

"Beach Bum Headquarters was disappointing.
Our vacation rental experience was disappointing and somewhat frustrating.
The condo was under construction when we arrived and we were not informed of this ahead of time, resulting in several days of disruption and noise.
The furnance needed service twice that we had to initiate and the hot tub was not working during our stay. The WiFi and tv info was not correct and there wasn’t an info book to refer to. Our door code was changed after our arrival locking us out without contact from Our realtors, overall they did not communicate with us in a timely manner. Due to all the issues, we left 14 days earlier than booked. We did receive a five day credit, which we feel should have been a seven-ten day credit. This unit is in need of updating, "
