Lil' Green is a charming, 2 BR, 1 BA remodeled manufactured home on a cove in Autumn Point Acres on Lake Tawakoni. It has an American Indian motiff as Indian tribes once lived here.
This house will sleep 4 comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has a double bed. If you want to invite a fifth guest, there is a cot available.
The living area has a sofa, a large cushioned chair and a color HDTV. Wifi is also available.
The kitchen is connected to the living room and is fully supplied with cooking pans/pots, dishes, a coffee pot and cups and utensils. There is a charcoal grill on the deck.
Lil' Green offers a beautiful view of Lake Tawakoni from the large side deck. The yard leads out to a cove where swimming access is available. There is a boat ramp at its sister community, White Deer Landing, just a short drive away or you can always go to Lake Tawakoni State Park for a visit.

The living area has a sofa, large chair and a color HDTV. There is a fully-equipped kitchen....you need only bring the eats! A charcoal grill is available for cooking outside. The lake is quickly assessible for wading and swimming.
Smoking is allowed outside only.
Lake Tawakoni State Park is less than one mile away, offering reserved beaches and swimming, hiking/biking trails and fishing; Canton's First Monday is 20 minutes away; SplashKingdom, a waterpark and inside entertainment and game center is 20 miles away; Tanger Outlet Mall in Terrell is 20 miles away; antique shopping in Wills Point, Canton, Greenville and nearby Forney. Fishing is best from a boat, as the cove is more for swimming. I can refer professional fishing guides and a boat rental on lake.
$150 refundable security deposit and $150 per night plus a $50 cleaning fee.
