There is a charcoal grill on the deck. This house will sleep 5 comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has a double bed and the sofa sleeps one. There are also two cots. Lil' Green offers a beautiful view of the lake from the master bedroom and huge side deck. The yard leads out to a cove, and there is a private boat launch in the community.

Lake Tawakoni State Park less than one mile away, offering reserved beach and swimming, hiking/biking trails and fishing; Canton\'s First Monday is 20 minutes away; SplashKingdom, a waterpark and inside entertainment and game center is 20 miles away; Tanger Outlet Mall in Terrell is 20 miles away; antique shopping in Wills Point, Canton, Greenville and nearby Forney. You may fish from the bank or take off on an adventure in your own boat. Will refer professional fishing guide and boat rental on lake.
$150 per night plus a $50 cleaning fee.
