Come enjoy the ocean breeze and relax on our covered deck after a day at the beach. The beach is only a 10-minute golf cart ride. If you are ready to make lasting memories with your friends and family, get away for a romantic weekend, or just work in a different environment, then this is the condo is for you. Cool Breeze condo is your Port Aransas vacation getaway located in the center of town off Alister and within walking distance of the local grocery store and the famous candy store. Our home is a five-minute walk to many good restaurants and bars are located.
Cool Breeze has a great community pool just a few steps from your deck. Cool Breeze offers a living room with pull out sofa bed, dining table and fully stocked kitchen, so everyone can enjoy time together. We provide only the highest quality linens and soaps. Cool Breeze has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so everyone has their own bathroom. The queen-sized bedroom is nice with lots of natural light. The master king bedroom is at the end of the hallway for privacy. We have a full-size washer and dryer, so you can wash your beach clothes.
We offer a great charcoal grill and grilling area just for your family, plus you can play games while the food is cooking. It’s a great place to get away with your family and friends. There is also plenty of parking for 4 vehicles and we allow boat parking in our driveway. You also have garage access.
Cool Breeze is well maintained and we hope that you will enjoy our vacation spot as much as we do.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks
of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check or refund to credit card account. The
following assessments will apply to cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to
arrival date will result in loss of 20% of total booking amount. Cancellation 30 days or less prior
to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent. Your reservation will not be subject
to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, or a natural disaster. We highly recommend
purchasing travel insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen
cancellations.

"SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Overall condition of the condo was clean and comfortable. The table attached to the bar was kinda odd and it has a broken bolt sticking out of the front of it ( hazard) that ripped holes in shirts of two separate people that just walked by it. It also is advised to sleep 8? We couldn’t figure out how that could happen. Clearly only 6 can sleep comfortably. The pool was open when we got there but was so green I wouldn’t let my dog even swim in it. ( didn’t take any pets). They did come clean the pool on our 2nd day but it was closed ( for cleaning ) the rest of our visit. Also apparently the fridge doesn’t work properly since there is a full page telling you how to arrange it to work. And the thermostat is very hard to set. ( kept turning off). Other than that it’s a great place and great location. The key location needs to be updated since there are no keys. "

"OK STAY
Those stairs are long and steep, it is definitely dangerous. Horrible getting our things up and down the stairs.
Unit needs more comfortable furniture. Not enough seating for our group. We had to bring in our beach chairs for more suitable seating.
Dining table is awful, WORSE it is on a raised portion of flooring and is VERY DANGEROUS. My mother tripped and fell 2x on it. Fell to the floor both times.
The pool was dirty the entire time we were there. Very dirty, cloudy.
The beds are lumpy and horribly uncomfortable. All of them. Pillows were old and worn.
Provided only 1 towel per person for a 4 day stay. Not enough for us considering we could not wash them.
Dryer “On” switch was broken off. So no dryer,hence no washer.
Location is great!
The garage was great!
The AC works very well.
We will not book this unit again.
