Max occupancy is 10 comfortably! Great Game room in the garage to keep the kids entertained, or even the parents, equipped with a shuffleboard table, and a few other games to play! Don't forget about the outdoor family area equipped with a large flat screen TV. Great area for family cookouts. All guests will have access to the community pool. **Winter Texan Friendly! Contact our office for rates! Welcome to 2-Quil-A Little Time! Add a 6 seater golf cart to your booking for $175 per day! We are your one stop shop. It's the best way to experience the island life and enjoy fun and easy access to the beach! PET FRIENDLY for an additional $125 per pet. MAX 3 -Master bedroom: King size bed -Second bedroom: King size bed -Third bedroom: Queen/twin size bunk bed with twin trundle bed -Three full bathrooms: Walk in shower. Shower/tub combination.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee. -STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home. -Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

Pets Allowed Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check or refund to credit card account. The following assessments will apply to cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival date will result in loss of 20% of total booking amount. Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent. Your reservation will not be subject to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, or a natural disaster. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen cancellations.

"We love this place!
Corner lot made for easy access! Clean! Loved the space below for hanging out. We barbecued and had a crab boil! The space was perfect! AC worked very well and the outdoor shower set was spot on! "

"Lovely Home--Needs some maintenance
This is the second time we've stayed in this house. It's great. However, there are some maintenance issues that need to be tended to. 1. The kitchen faucet needs replacement. It runs at a maddeningly low trickle. 2. The dryer vent needs to be cleaned. You can see how clogged it is from the picnic tables under the house. It could be a fire hazard. 3. Please stock sufficient towels. We had to stand on a washcloth when getting out of the shower because there was no shower mat towel or rug. 4. The beds need to be replaced. They creak like they are 100 years old. We really love everything else about this place and look forward to spending time there again--particularly with these improvements. Thanks!"

"The 'PURPLE' house
Loved our stay, location was perfect. Had a problem with the bed in main bedroom, didn't realize the problem til almost the end of our stay. I did mention it to the property manager, she acknowledged it but it was not fixed by the time we left. We will be back as everything else was amazing!"

The house was located just a super short distance down the road. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The house was spacious and couches were comfortable. My family enjoyed the game room outside. The community pool was just around the corner from the house. The staff responded immediately when asked a question about the security code on the game room. I would definitely book this beautiful home again. "

"Absolutely amazing!
This property is fantastic!! An excellent location, plenty of space, fully furnished with everything you need, a superb game area/hangout spot underneath, and the security and privacy of a gated fenced lot. The pictures say it all! We had no complaints about this rental, and will definitely rent it again! Completely recommend!"
