Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks
of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check or refund to credit card account. The
following assessments will apply to cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to
arrival date will result in loss of 20% of total booking amount. Cancellation 30 days or less prior
to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent. Your reservation will not be subject
to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, or a natural disaster. We highly recommend
purchasing travel insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen
cancellations.

"Nice house
The house was a good size to accommodate our large family. There were some things that were bothersome 1) the remote to tv in livingroom didn’t control the volume, had to find buttons on tv itself ( after sometime messing with it) 2) there were no child gates for stairway, we had 3-2 yr olds that we had to constantly watch with the stairs 3) refrigerator reaked of fish ( fish blood leaked under drawers - wasn’t cleaned from previous clients 4) dog hair all over floors and bedspreads 5) ceiling fans only worked on slowest speed 5) floors weren’t swept, there was a broom but no dustpan 6) not all of the burners on stove worked 7) had to go to store for cleaner for counter tops to clean before cooking 8) it’s a good walk to the beach. I suggest buying parking permit or renting golf cart and drive to beach, especially if you have little ones. Beds were comfortable and ac worked well. 9). The dryer lint trap didn’t go into compartment all the way therefore clothes got caught twisting and stretching out, remove lint trap before using dryer. Pool was nice too m. Make sure you bring all of your condiments, towels, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods so you’re not making 1000 trips to Dollar General. "

We had an amazing time at Feelin Tip Sea! The location is great - couple blocks from the beach and one block away from a major convenient store. Next to the property is also a cute little store with ice creams, and even funnel cakes! The house was super cute, decorated well, spacious and comfortable. We had a couple of tiny issues that were handled very quickly. Already have forwarded the property info to family for future rentals and we will be back as well!"
