The downstairs 1st floor offers complete privacy with one Queen guest bedroom, flat screen / Smart TV, full bathroom with walk in shower and a Full-size washer and dryer laundry room that is fully stocked.

Up stairs on the 2nd floor you are welcomed with the open spacious living room with luxury chandeliers, a 25’ custom built shiplap gas fireplace, large 70” motorized flat screen TV, plush recliner chairs and a lush large sofa. The living room invites a large group to enjoy the relaxation and warmth of this home away from home. If you like to entertain outside, then relax and enjoy your private terrace. Kick your feet up on your fully furnished open terrace; all framed by the expansive Gulf, the ocean breeze and ocean views. Everyone can relax under the strung lights and enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves.

The open concept fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances, Reverse Osmoses Water System, Water Softener System, a morning coffee bar and dining room. The dining seats 12, 8 at the dining table and 4 at the breakfast bar. There are charging stations throughout and a powder room for guests.


The 2nd floor also offers a luxury King size bed master suite, a dressing room closet, flat screen/Smart TV and charging stations. Continue on to the elegant private en-suite bathroom fit for a celebrity. Featuring a large deep soaking tub with a walk-in shower and modern rain showerhead; the His and Her sinks accessorized with two touch LED lighted makeup mirrors.

The 3rd floor you will find two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom.
One bedroom has two queen deluxe beds, a nook for reading, flat screen/Smart TV, and en-suite bath with shower. The second bedroom is a bunkroom with 6 bunks (6 twin beds) charging stations and porthole lighting in each bunk, a huge walk-in closet with generous storage for 6 guests and a flat screen/Smart TV.

The 3rd floor also has a chic fully furnished large open terrace. This terrace has several Instagram worthy spots for pictures; It’s clean, bright, cheerful and adorned with strung lights, bohemian egg chairs for reclining and a full size bed swing where you can have memorable conversations with loved ones while hearing the ocean waves. This floor has the finest panoramic views of the entire town and the Gulf Ocean.

You have access to the Sandhill newly renovated pool, Jacuzzi, contemporary bathrooms and outdoor grills and fun palapa’s just a few steps from the house.


The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, while providing ample parking for your favorite people. Garage Game Room. You will have 2 assigned parking spots in front of the house. Complex has a very small over flow parking area. Well equipped kitchen also included an air fryer.
