Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks
of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check or refund to credit card account. The
following assessments will apply to cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to
arrival date will result in loss of 20% of total booking amount. Cancellation 30 days or less prior
to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent. Your reservation will not be subject
to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, or a natural disaster. We highly recommend
purchasing travel insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen
cancellations.

"Great House!!
This was our third time staying at Bikini’s and Martini’s and was the best yet! The house is very clean and has been remodeled since our stay last year. The location of the house is great proximity to town and to the beach. The adults and kids loved all the games the house provides as well as having a nice size pool. The most convenient thing about the house is the ice maker in the garage downstairs. We will definitely be booking another stay at Bikini’s and Martini’s!! "

Stayed here for Sandfest 2024. We had so much fun and thoroughly enjoyed everything Port A had to offer. Our group consisted of 4 older ladies. Bikini’s and Martini’s was perfect. It was clean, well apportioned, has a pool, could use a golf cart, near the beach and town. The beds were very comfortable. I have worked with Port A Coastal Getaway a few times and they are very accommodating and eager to ensure a smooth stay. "
