This comfortable and stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is designed for families and groups who want convenience, comfort, and fun. While the condo does not have a river view, guests enjoy exclusive river access right from the complex and can float directly from or back to the property.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite full bath Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk beds with twin trundle (great for kids or large groups) Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. All linens and towels are provided for indoor use.
Enjoy an open living and dining area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony — perfect for evening relaxation after a day on the river.

Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests (includes children) Wristbands: Up to 10 provided (required by HOA) Parking: 2 passes included — one reserved covered spot + one general. Overflow parking available a few blocks away. Wristband Pickup/Return: Must be collected and returned at our office (less than 2 miles away). No Pets & No Smoking No RVs, Trailers, Parties, or Daytime Guests Primary Renter: Must be 25+ years old and staying at the property. Identification: Renter’s photo ID and credit card required at check-in or via email. Rental Agreement: Electronic agreement must be signed prior to arrival. Security: Outdoor driveways and parking areas may be monitored by video cameras per HOA and city regulations. Damage Protection: Includes accidental damage coverage up to $1,500.

Pets Not Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will result in a $50 administrative fee and the return of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.

"Pictures we better than the unit
When we arrived it was 3pm, very bright and sunny outside. The unit is extremely dark. The window screens are so dark, even with the blinds and drapes open it was very dark in the unit, we had to have the lights on all the time. both bathrooms had mold around the tubs and ceiling in the ensuite bath had about a 1 foot square area where the paint and ceiling were hanging down. We bought our own light bulbs to make it brighter in all areas of the unit. NBE did send out a person to install the lights. He said he would come back to fix the ceiling, but we never saw him again.
The windows in the hallway are sealed shut and the windows in the living room had stoppers from opening them more than about 4 inches, so it was stale smelling in the unit when we got there. NBE's maintenance guys moved the stoppers so we could get some fresh air. We could not do that with the bedroom patio doors, as there was no screen on that door. The kitchen is very small, only one person can work in it at a time.
We had stayed in another unit 1 and 2 years ago. it did not have a balcony so we decided to try this one as the photos looked bright and nice. It was not as good in person. We also have 5 other couples that say at Camp Warneke and all their units were in much better shape, cleaner and brighter.

"Decent Condo just a little walk to the river
We rented this condo for our blended family. it worked out great for us. We enjoyed it. Clean and organized. If I had to make one complaint, the only complaint would be is that there are no sitting areas around on the bottom floor. There is a really cute balcony on the 2nd level but it was not big enough for our group. We ended up spending a lot of time sitting on the outside steps and sidewalk. Regadless, we made due with what we had and had a great time! "

"Great location!
This is our third year staying at Camp Warneke Estates condos. We love this location. Overall, we had a good stay. The bedroom with the bunkbeds was uncomfortably warm but the rest of the unit was comfortable. The cleaning could have been better. There was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door, a few dirty dishes in the cabinets, and the living room rug needed a better vacuuming. No major issues though. We found everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The living room furniture was roomy and comfortable. Communication and response to our concerns was great. We had a wonderful time!"

Condo is the perfect location for Schlitterbahn and to float the river. We enjoyed walking to downtown. Condo is roomy and clean. Definitely recommend staying here. "

"CW B203 Tubers Delight
Not a bad thing to say about my stay. Home was clean and neat! It was big enough to fit all of my guest comfortably. We had one issue but it was resolved very quickly which I liked! Host had good communication with me about check in and check out times. Plus it was located in a great location!! 10/10 would recommend . I will definitely be coming back next year! "
