Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.

"Make a sign or fix the air conditioner?
Hello - we had high hopes for this place!!...., right on the water, all of the amenities. But: There are two air conditioners that appear to have been broken for some time. 1 doesnt work at all, and 1 takes a screwdriver to operate. The property manager should drop a couple hundred bucks to fix these items or install some new split units, rather than make signs telling the guests that the items don't work. Luckily it wasn't too hot outside for our visit. The furniture is dated and the linens need updating. The shower is one step above the floor, which is a little tricky if you wear glasses as the tile step can be slippery. "

"Lake side vacay
We had a great stay! The entrance to the water was in the middle of the property which felt like trespassing on the other tenants renting. I would say the property sleeps 6 unless someone wants to sleep on the couches. Overall this property was very clean! The office staff was wonderful calling us to let us know we could arrive early! The water is of course beautiful! "

"Overall a Great Experience!
When our vacation was cancelled due to Covid (again), we decided we wanted to get away in a safe way. This house was exactly what we needed. Great location, peaceful, fun for kids (10 & 1yr), close to the river (no floating w/o your own raft at the time), and close to the marina where you can rent anything you could think of. There's plenty of stores around to get anything you might need as well.
Some notes: WEAR WATER SHOES! The whole property is rocks & the amount of sticker burs are insane. There are hotel-size soaps, but bring your own, zip lock bags, trash bags, etc. It's about as basic as you can get, but overall you'll be outside all the time so it won't matter. If not, the TV is more complicated than anything I've ever experienced "

"Lake getaway
We had a fun, relaxing and quite time. It was a nice setup up with easy access to the lake. The walk down is rocky as is the beach area. The only changes I would make to the cabin are, add a topper on the mattresses and replace the couch. The mattresses are very firm and the one couch I think it was broken. These issues would not prevent us from returning. The cabin had everything thing we needed with direct access to the water."

"Lake Cottage Getaway
Beautiful property, great location, clean and comfortable accommodations, friendly and attentive management. The view of the lake is stunning, especially when the sun brings out the brilliant aqua color of the water. You can choose to relax on the property or head out for shopping, attractions and restaurants. While there we visited The Alamo, took a riverboat tour in San Antonio, visited historic Gruene and had dinner at the beautiful Gristmill restaurant. "
