Jan 06, 2025 - Julie F. "Crescent Royale Perfect location to the beach and access to restaurants and shopping by walking, free trolly or bike. Grounds are always clean. Pool is great if you can get in without kids whose parents don’t monitor them. Posted pool rules are not enforced as people were drinking while in pool and playing music. Mediocre unit whose owners has updated the kitchen, put doorway frames on that don’t fit the doorway, front door is broken and made of screen so you can’t open it for light with AC on. Has older, dark furniture which makes the unit dull. Next year’s rates have gone up astronomically and certainly not worth the price especially for units never freshened up. Broom, vacuum, ironing board old or broken. Had to ask for an iron and new shower head. Sliding glass door wheels were broken and had to wrestle with that door for 3 weeks. (Reported to property manager on our first day but never got fixed. The other side of the slider is ‘frozen shut’. The location and grounds were lovely but the unit was a disappointment for the price.
