Cancellations to any reservation results in forfeiture of $200.00 advance rent deposit. Changes to the booking have to be made Thirty (30) days prior to arrival for Short Term reservations. Sixty (60) days prior to arrival for Monthly reservations. Once final balance is paid there are NO REFUNDS due to cancellation. If you have purchased Travel Insurance with CSA you would need to contact them with questions regarding claims.1-866-4018

Full payment is due fourteen (14) prior to arrival for SHORT TERM reservations. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks, or a personal check if not we will bill your credit card on file for these charges.
MONTHLY rentals must be paid by check or cash only Thirty (30) DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

Visitor Reviews (7) Write a Review! "Experienced El Mat. condo renter with a true review. Great location, great complex, and no problems with the realtor. Very easy to rent. 431 is a good, clean condo. That's it. The shower heads did not work properly, and our daughter had to shower in ours each day. The tv in the spare would not work. Light bulbs were out, and the furniture is simply the most uncomfortable I've experienced so far. The master bed was so bad that my husband actually chose the futon on the last night (our actual anniversary). The regular couch was worse than the bed, so... There is no ice maker, so just be prepared, and if you do not rent through El Mat themselves, you must also leave your license at the front gate in order to receive a sauna key. Every time. The front door is sticky, and it has an old-school key (1), so you can lose it and not be able to receive another on site. The sliding doors to the balcony are more difficult than most, and we just simply could not use the bedroom one. All in all, we love this complex and were happy we got beachside so last minute. The mattress really needs to be replaced or upgraded, but everything else you can justify because of the location and the complex itself. The AC didn't work upon arrival (it was corrected quickly). The hurricane shutters were crooked and jammed, the windows were filthy, the porch floor needed cleaning (all these items we just corrected), and the furniture and bathrooms seemed clean but were very dated.
