Cancellation Policy
Cancellations to any reservation results in forfeiture of $200.00 advance rent deposit. Changes to the booking have to be made Thirty (30) days prior to arrival for Short Term reservations. Sixty (60) days prior to arrival for Monthly reservations. Once final balance is paid there are NO REFUNDS due to cancellation. If you have purchased Travel Insurance with CSA you would need to contact them with questions regarding claims.1-866-4018
Full Payment Due
Full payment is due fourteen (14) prior to arrival for SHORT TERM reservations. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks, or a personal check if not we will bill your credit card on file for these charges.
MONTHLY rentals must be paid by check or cash only Thirty (30) DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

"Good Time Had By All
We were satisfied with the rental property with exceptions. These include first and foremost, the doorknob and lock on the front door. It really should be changed as it was very difficult to lock and unlock the door. This could be a fire hazard. The dishwasher was difficult to get closed enough to turn on. The stove worked very well and was new as was the microwave. The TV worked well but the barstool was a little sketchy so we did not sit on it."

"The Perfect Getaway
We had a wonderful time here! Everything worked perfectly, it's location is amazing, just walk to the beach and enjoy a beautiful day! We was shocked with the extra toys, chairs and umbrella provided from the house. This place was not crowded at all, we used the pool everyday and only 1 time was there another family there swimming, good times for the kids! This spot is very family oriented. We will definitely be back to this spot."

horrible, seen better quality toilet seats in rest areas, furniture is very very old and worn, kitchen island is a throw back from 50s, only 1 chair and 1 sofa in living room, one stool at make shift island, worst rental ever... "

Love the beach view. Among the best. Condo was very basic. Looked like new paint, was clean. Minimal supplies. no paper towels, no keurig. No beach service but did find some beach toys and chairs in closet. Was great to be able to rent for single nights (3) instead of requiring 7 day stay. That was the deciding factor for us. "
