The only complaint that we would have is no air in the elevators and a washer & dryer is not in each condo. This year we did have an issue with the sliding glass door in our condo. We told the receptionist in the office about it on our way down to spend the day on the beach & it was fixed by the time we returned later. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable time. We will continue to choose Crescent Royale in the future for our Siesta Key Beach vacations. The staff in the office were amazing and so helpful and polite. We had one issue with our AC and immediately had someone up there to address it. I like the new reservation system they are using as it notified me more consistently with reminders, etc. My only suggestions were two things: The storage unit for the chairs, etc in the laundry room needs to be cleaned out. There is a lot in there that is rusted or broken that we had to weed through. There also is no storage in the kitchen from a pantry perspective. All cabinets are full of dishes, glasses, etc. Need a place to put items like cereal, crackers, etc especially for a two week stay. These are all minor issues and we loved the unit and will stay again!"
