"Great location!
We came to Miami to check out a university for my daughter and do some shopping. This condo was in a great location for us. The fact that it had laundry facilities, a parking spot and tennis courts, was a must for us. It’s nice to have the space and better then a hotel room. The beach is right across the street. It’s relaxing to sit on the balcony and see the ocean and miami sky line. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it!"

"Poor experience
We were shocked to find that the condo had not been adequately prepared for renting out. I counted 8 different problems which had to be fixed all during the first week that we were there. Leaking ac vent, rattling bathroom exhaust, broken thermostat, sofa covered with a drop cloth to cover wear damage, broken balcony table,, broken blinds in bedroom, lumpy , saggy mattresses, old worn sheets on beds."
