"Super clean, spacious, great views!
Super clean condo, had everything my husband and I needed for our 4 night stay in Sunny Isles Beach. The condo felt super spacious due to the lack of clutter and unnecessary furniture/decor; my inlaws stayed in a different condo with the same layout and theirs felt much smaller than ours! Beach access right across the street was super convenient, and the pool had enough chairs that it never felt crowded. Great location, with plenty of restaurant and stores within a 1-mile walk. Would definitely stay here again!!"

Nous sommes restés une semaine et le condo est très bien situé, avec un beau gym et une très belle piscine. Le condo est propre et très bien équipé.
Ils fournissent même 2 chaises pour la plage et un tapis et Parasol de plage!! Très pratique !! Nous y retournerons assurément !"

Recibimos el depto en muy buenas condiciones, es comodo y completo.
Como critica constructiva queremos señalar que la dinamica del edificio no es practica, un solo ascensor para el ingreso cuando uno regresa de la playa y para el ingreso y egreso del parking resulta insuficiente y hace dificil la circulavion de tanta cantidad de huespedes.
El resto muy bien"

"good bad ugly
The apartment was clean and adequate size. The living room and kitchen furniture was flimsy cheap uncomfortable and unusable seating for adults. The laundry facility was outside the apartment and cost $15 to do one load of laundry which took 3 hours because of having too few machines for the number of people it was a cold week and there was no central heat just a space heater which was inadequate. Thrte was no netflix and the stocking of essentials was very sparse especially in the kitchen."

Detailed information was texted to me about 12-24 hour before check-in highlighting what procedures to expect for the check-in process.
The front desk staff was very swift, knowledgeable, and provided additional information plus the parking permit.
PLEASE PLEASE heed the staff's insistence that the parking permit be ALWAYS displayed. The parking garage took only one time to figure out, after that it was easy.
The unit itself was spotless and in good working order, meaning Coffee maker, toaster, oven, TV, microwave, all lights all worked in perfect order.
Comfy bed with huge pillows which I like.
Balcony was nice and provided stunning views west. The VRBO pictures don't do it justice. Incredible views.
I would definitely stay here again."

The place is GORGEOUS! Just as pictures in the pictures online is exactly what you get in person, clean, sleek unit and a Clean Building as well. The view was perfect directly over the pool. Alfonso, the property manager, is AMAZING. He is so responsive before, during and even after your stay. His attention to detail, care and responsiveness is very impressive. He made our stay there feel much more comfortable knowing we had someone we could reach out to at any time. My family of 4 and I really enjoyed staying here. We will absolutely be back and also visit any other property thru AYP. "

"Sunny Isles Feb Visit
Apartment was excellent value , clean and great location for Shopping, restaurants and beaches. However, we were not informed by the check in personnel at the facility that we needed a car park pass to be displayed and after parking for 4 nights in the designated space our car was clamped and we were charged $65 to un clamp it. This put a damper on our stay on the last night. "
