2 BR lakefront cottage with 50'frontage on Lake Owassa. Swim, Fish, Boat, Waterski, Trailhike at our rustic country cabin on Lake Owassa, Sussex County, NJ-a 325 acre motorboat lake near Stokes State Forest/Appalachiaqn Trail/Delaware River/Sussex County Faigrounds. One hour drive from Holland Tunnel. Fully furnished with full sized bds, sofa bed, futon sofas. Sleeps 7. Dock, swimraft, Sunfish sailboat, canoe, rowboat, 2 kayaks, ski boat with 50hp outboard motor (must have boat license and boat safety certificate to operate). Lawn chairs, watersport equipment including an assortment of water skis, a wakeboard, tube, tow lines, safety vests, paddles and oars, fishing rods, tackle and trolling motor. Each bedroom 10\'x13\', living/dining room 15\'x17\', kitchen 8\'x8\', newly renovated bathroom (full tub/shower, ceramic tiled walls, vinyl floor, Toto toilet) 8\'x7\' and full basement 15\'x26\'. Kitchen has newer electric range, 18 cu ft refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, breadmaker, blender, plateware, utensils, cookware. All linens, towels, pillows, blankets provided. Cable TV, DVR/VCR player, stereo tuner. There is a small curtained sleeping area in basement with bed/nightstand. A lakeside cabana (10\'x10\') with electric light/outlet located on lawn close to lake shore is furnished with table and benches for use as an outdoor dining area/office/playroom (many Monopoly games have been played there!) . A new 22\'x6\' permanent dock extends out from 200SF lakeside lawn.
