My favorite parts of the unit were the view overlooking the public beach and the storm doors on the lanai that allowed me to it sit out there even when it was cold. Unfortunately our weather was not great so we kept the storm doors closed most of the time. That gave us an extra room for sitting. I love shells and the unit had lots of unusual shells in it. We bought some disposable containers at the store and that solved that issue. The view is incredible! But the best part..... the location is so convenient to the beach and the village. Right across from the public beach. Just walk across the street. The village is walkable as well. About 10 minute walk. The condo pool is amazing! The property is very clean and well kept. Love it! Our favorite! April is our usual time to go.
