This property is perfect for micro-weddings and events. Enjoy the pool and hot tub, or step over to the spa for a restorative soak with a view. The attached, private side yard has repurposed stone columns, chandeliers in the trees and large area perfect for serving great local foods and drinks. The home itself has an open and modern design with a curated art collection. Enjoy the downstairs media room and lounge or take advantage of the views from the dining and living rooms on the main floor. This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 16 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Pets considered.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

Important: We do not rent to groups or events that may disrupt the neighborhood. Final approval follows a conversation ensuring respect for neighbors and house rules. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.
