The attached, private side yard has repurposed stone columns, chandeliers in the trees and large area perfect for serving great local foods and drinks. The home itself has an open and modern design with a curated art collection. Enjoy the downstairs media room and lounge or take advantage of the views from the dining and living rooms on the main floor. This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 16 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Pets considered. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs, the parties agree that it would be difficult to determine actual damages and due to the uniqueness of the property, it would be unlikely to resell the Property in the event of a cancellation. Therefore, Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the agrees that the following cancellation fee schedule applies to any Guest cancellation following Reservation Confirmation:

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.

Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds within 14 days.
