One bath is an accessible bath with stand up shower (please see cabin photos to see if this will be address any accessibility needs). There are 2 sleeper sofas, one in the great room and one in the media room should you want to bring the kids. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Rental Agents Office.

Guests who have purchased Travel Insurance must contact Rental Agent up to 24 hours prior to check in to cancel or reschedule the reservation. Upon cancellation the full mount received less the travel insurance, non-refundable reservation fee and applicable taxes will be refunded. Reservations with travel insurance are non-refundable 24 hours prior to check in or thereafter.

CHANGE OF PLANS OR RESCHEDULING: Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

The cabin was perfectly located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with easy back road access to both to avoid traffic. My only concern was the drive up to the cabin had several areas that were washed away making it difficult to come and go in our Prius. Great secluded wooded area with a small view of the mountains. No shortage of activities in and outside of the house. It's a short gravel road to the cabin from Upper Middle Creek Rd (but not steep) wasn't a big deal. The location is so close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg. Elk Springs was great to work with, and check in and out were a breeze. We will certainly be back."
