CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Rental Agents Office.

Guests who have purchased Travel Insurance must contact Rental Agent up to 24 hours prior to check in to cancel or reschedule the reservation. Upon cancellation the full mount received less the travel insurance, non-refundable reservation fee and applicable taxes will be refunded. Reservations with travel insurance are non-refundable 24 hours prior to check in or thereafter.

CHANGE OF PLANS OR RESCHEDULING: Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

One of our favorite touches was the fully equipped coffee station which was perfect for starting our mornings right. The bed with mountain views was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful sleep each night, and the rain shower head in the bathroom made every shower feel like a spa treatment. We enjoyed our stay so much that we added another day to our trip just to soak in more of this amazing experience and site see since we stayed in for the first 2 days. The place had ladybugs everywhere along with stink bugs which I get that can happen but did not like the experience of having them on my pillow, couch, counter, etc I was really looking forward to the stay and was very very disappointed and will not recommend." Because we did not have access to the breaker box, we had to wait on maintenance each time. Now, maintenance was wonderful at responding, and I completely understand it was not their fault.
