Rustic Elegance is the perfect romantic getaway cabin where you can soak in the view and the breeze and might not even hear a peep. Located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg you are about 20-25 minutes to all the action (the National Park, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge) Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements: Main Level - Bedroom 1: Queen Bed - Sleeps 2 *** This cabin is located in Sevierville just 25 minutes from Gatlinburg and 20 Minutes to Pigeon Forge Mountain Views View of Hollow and Adjacent Farmland Covered Deck with Mountain Views Covered Hot Tub area with Mountain Views Hot Tub on Covered Deck Firepit with Adirondack Chairs Satellite TV Gas Gril Gas Fireplace Iron / Ironing Board Dishwasher FREE WIFI Relax inside in the comfy great room with fireplace or outside under your covered deck. Recharge at the firepit with mountain views on an Adirondack chair and then finish the night in your 101 degree hot tub with views of the stars. Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin. We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items. This cabin is professionally managed by in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Rental Agents Office.

Guests who have purchased Travel Insurance must contact Rental Agent up to 24 hours prior to check in to cancel or reschedule the reservation. Upon cancellation the full mount received less the travel insurance, non-refundable reservation fee and applicable taxes will be refunded. Reservations with travel insurance are non-refundable 24 hours prior to check in or thereafter.

CHANGE OF PLANS OR RESCHEDULING: Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Just be aware that there are somewhat steep wooden steps leading down to the cabin from where you park in front of the cabin that my aging arthritic knees didn’t like but I would do it all over again just because of the views of the mountains and surrounding forest. It is on top of two other cabins and had a single cabin directly behind it which was disappointing. That took away from the ambiance and privacy. The hot tub clearly hadn’t been checked in days as it was inoperable and the water was ambient temperature. Maintenance fixed it very quickly however the hot tub had to go from 56 degrees to 100+ degrees which it was not able to do during our stay. So, we were unable to use the hot tub at any point during our stay which is a reason we chose this location; disappointing. The cabin was clean and had the things we needed to spend a weekend away. I probably would not choose this location again just because of how it is settled between the other cabins. Just zero seclusion or privacy." Customer service said they would fix it but never did. There is a nice fire pit outside. Just know you have to bring your own firewood which we did. There is no early check in. We had a problem getting the door code on time. We arrived at 3:05 and waited outside the cabin while repeatedly calling and texting customer service for15 minutes before we could get in. I was a little nervous but found out quickly upon arrival that the cabin is a new build and we were only the 3rd couple to rent it. Everything is brand new. The pictures are accurate. It is small, perfect for 2 people. The owner has put her personal decorating into the space making it feel very warm and welcoming. Elk Springs responded immediately when we voiced some minor issues. They kept in touch to make sure we were completely satisfied and that everything was in working order. There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer, but that was no big deal. The hot tub is emptied after each guest so it's clean. The cabin itself was very clean, even the porch. I never stayed in a cabin before so I was thinking it may have critters or bugs but nope it did not. There was plenty of hot water, the bed was comfortable, but you may want to bring your own pillow as the ones there are very thick. I hope that future renters are respectful of the property in order to maintain the quality of this little gem. We look forward to renting this in the future!"
