We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items. This cabin is professionally managed by in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Rental Agents Office.

Guests who have purchased Travel Insurance must contact Rental Agent up to 24 hours prior to check in to cancel or reschedule the reservation. Upon cancellation the full mount received less the travel insurance, non-refundable reservation fee and applicable taxes will be refunded. Reservations with travel insurance are non-refundable 24 hours prior to check in or thereafter.

CHANGE OF PLANS OR RESCHEDULING: Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

The views were absolutely stunning, I cried. I loved waking up early and watching the sunrise over the mountains from the deck or kitchen table. The cabin was beautiful, very large and clean. It was well equipped with extra pillows, blankets, dishes, towels, etc. The hot tub was clean and in great shape also. The location is great, really close to Dollywood and most other attractions. The cabin was easy to access, the nearby roads were good and the roads up legacy mountain to the cabin are wide, paved, and well maintained. This was very important for us as we stayed somewhere last year that was absolutely terrifying getting in and out of. It was nice not to worry about that this time. We will definitely return. All these years that I book with these cabin, never had this type of experiment. The view from the Living Room was simply beautiful! In addition the cabin was very clean and everything was in very good condition. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is an easy drive from Pigeon Forge. Great venue. The only problem we had was that a window had been left open next to the bed in the Master Bedroom and we did not discover it until we went to bed. Not a real problem as we closed the window ourselves." Mar 27, 2025 - , Kingston , TN "Winter “Sweet Escape” We have stayed at Legacy Mountain through Elk Springs resort several times and never had issues. This time was different in that when we arrived at the cabin in the mid-evening, we found that the kitchen cleaning wasn’t done. A mop was standing by the sink and the cabinet under the sink and a drawer had been left open. Upon closer inspection we saw why-mice droppings on the floor, under the sink and in the silverware drawer. My guess is that cleaning hadn’t been finished due to possibly needing different cleaning materials or mice traps/bait. I quickly texted the office and sent pictures and received very prompt responses to arrange when maintenance could come. They came the next day and thoroughly cleaned the entire kitchen and the living room floor too. Although they did not send mice traps or bait as we requested, they assured us that pest control would be contacted if we had further issues. We had throughout the rest of the week and enjoyed our time there! The cabin is beautiful, the arcade was great and the views were wonderful. It was great to be able to enjoy the sun on our deck in early February!! We were surprised that the upstairs TV was via Xfinity but the two downstairs were streaming channels only (we thought all would be streaming channels only). Also, there is no DVD player at least right now as the the description said. But overall, we had a great time and will happily come back and stay in this cabin again if we can! To start, we absolutely love the location as it offers multiple ways to get in/out of both Gatlinburg and PF. The street up to the cabin is well paved and not too steep compared to other resorts. The cabin itself seems newer and was clean upon arrival. We were also able to check in a couple hours ahead of time. Both bedrooms are downstairs with the main separated from the bunkbeds by a door (not shown in pics). Each bedroom has a smart TV. The kitchen was also clean with very basic cookware but everything seemed to be there. Each level has a deck to enjoy the views, which were the BEST views our family has had at any cabin in the area. While this is not at the tippy top of the mountain, the views seem endless and are breathtaking. The hot tub is also newer and located on the bottom deck. The cabin was decorated for Christmas inc. a tree in the upstairs living area. Very nice touch. We very much enjoyed our weekend getaway and would for sure consider booking this cabin again. Not negative comments but just a couple easy, small items for owners to consider: the outdoor faucet next to the hottub needs to be fixed; a vacuum and a full length mirror would be great adds. Elk Springs Resort management was also great to work with from booking to arrival to departure. Clear and efficient communication. Thanks for the great stay." When notified of the problem Elk Springs immediately moved us to another cabin The Sweet Escape. We were able to finish our trip safely and comfortably. This cabin had the most amazing views! The hot tub was marvelous and we enjoyed sitting on both decks watching the sunrise and sunset. The cabin was well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and the beds were cozy and comfy. Although we didn't initially choose this cabin we would definitely consider staying here again. We will book our original cabin again because it was breathtakingly gorgeous as well. Thank you for keeping us cared for in a difficult situation so we didn't have to end our trip. Highly recommend this company. Perfect for a couple or even for a small family, All bedrooms are on the lower level and the stairs were definitely steep going down, a little difficult with all our luggage, hauling everything down the stairs then back up, on the second day or air conditioning went out and was very hot in the cabin with all the windows we called management and they were super quick in getting it taken care of. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. Parking was super easy, we have stayed in several cabins in Gatlinburg and this one was one of the easiest. Will definitely stay again.
