CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Rental Agents Office.

Guests who have purchased Travel Insurance must contact Rental Agent up to 24 hours prior to check in to cancel or reschedule the reservation. Upon cancellation the full mount received less the travel insurance, non-refundable reservation fee and applicable taxes will be refunded. Reservations with travel insurance are non-refundable 24 hours prior to check in or thereafter.

CHANGE OF PLANS OR RESCHEDULING: Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

I did address with the person I talked to about things that need to be fixed such toilets and some games like putt putt. And the terminator game. I would like to visit all your resorts and give you all real reviews and do real inspections for you to keep these places 100% I'm sure there's things that need addressed at your other resorts.. We could not use the fire pit outside the residence across the street was burning stuff all weekend and we were getting blasted with all the smoke and ash from them. A couple minor things occurred but elk springs responded and got it taken care of. The family and I had a good time would I stay at this cabin again probably not only because of the residence across the street. The cabin is big beautiful and has so much to do there." We paid a higher price for the pool, which we found out once we got there wasn’t operational (they have since updated their listing). The view wasn’t what we were hoping for, camper trailers in the back yard, and I’ve stayed at other resorts/cabins for a cheaper price that are closer in location to Gatlinburg. The cabin itself is nice, however, I don’t think it’s worth the price it’s listed for. With the issues we had, I was very disappointed in the customer service team.
