Guests of Puerta del Sol have access to the facilities at the nearby Sheraton Hacienda del Mar and Fiesta Americana Grand resorts as well as the club house at Cabo del Sol. To aid your vacation, this penthouse includes pre-arrival planning with your dedicated vacation planner, professional concierge services 24 hours a day 7 days a week while you are in Cabo, and also a refreshing welcome beverage. For an additional fee, you can add on daily housekeeping, babysitting, spa services, chef, and transportation. With all these present, how can one say no?

Cancellation
If reservations for periods other than the weeks of the Christmas and New Years holidays are cancelled at least sixty (60) days before the Check-In Time and Date, then all funds paid by Tenant, including the Advance Deposit, will be refunded (minus the administration fee of 5% which is non-refundable upon cancellation).
Luxury Villa Collections does not issue refunds for cancellations made less than sixty (60) days from the arrival date or for reservations during Christmas and New Years without the purchase of AIG Travel Guard Travel Protection Insurance. If you should have to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately of any cancellation and if you purchased the Vacation Rental Insurance contact AIG Travel Guard to begin your claim. For questions concerning the travel insurance or to make a claim due to a cancellation, please call AIG Travel Guard directly at The insurance premium is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be provided in the event of a mandatory evacuation or loss of service due to force majore if the guest does not purchase AIG Travel Guard Travel Insurance.

"Love LVC!
This is the third property at LVC I've enjoyed...but sadly was my least favorite. B-504 was not as nicely appointed as other units I've visited, and seemed less clean and in need of some repairs (cracks and stains on floor and counters, lights that didn't work, not enough hooks for towels, storage for clothes, etc). The third bedroom didn't have a closet, and there were no full length mirrors to be found. It was hard to manage a group of 5 women in the condo, even though there was plenty of was not utilized well. The grounds and the staff are amazing, however, and the pools are magnificent! The proximity to the beach, and the views are wonderful. It's easy to walk to the Hacienda next door to enjoy their facilities as well. Our concierge was INCREDIBLE and I enjoy Luxury Villa Collections. This unit was just not as nicely appointed and maintained as other units I've enjoyed. "

"Whale Watching from a Beautiful Condo
Casa Davina was exactly as described, large, well furnished and equipped in Cabo Del Sol. We spent 2 weeks there in February and would highly recommend the property without reservation. The local property manager Marco was very helpful, shopping and making dinner reservations."

"Christmas in Cabo
The overall rental experience was smooth and easy. Ana was easy to work with and provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival. Our concierge Eric was extremely helpful and a joy to work with. Regardless of the request he was there to assist. THe unit was better than we anticipated, views were stunning and the morning parade of whales that would swim by was a great way to start the day. Unit was very comfortable and spacious for our family."
