Grill, patio furniture, 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak, floating tubes, canoe available. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, all the essentials etc. AC in the main area with ceiling fans in all rooms. Large yard.
Must provide own sheets and towels.
Enjoy the water; kayaking, canoeing, swimming. If you are into mountain biking there are plenty of trails in walking distance.
Nearby: Mohegan Sun -20 minutes away, Foxwoods a 1/2 hour. Close proximity to Mystic, CT shoreline, and plenty of wineries and breweries.
Colchester Center is 5 miles away with Stop & Shop, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Noel's Market, Plum Tomato.
$1600 per week; $250 security deposit required-refundable upon review of the property once the term is over
