The Lake House has 1 bath, with shower, and 1 bedroom with queen bed. Additional twin day bed with twin trundle, and third twin bed, are located on glassed-in sleeping sun porch. Spectacular lake views from the sun porch and the glassed-in dining room, which seats 6. Enjoy your morning coffee/tea on the outside deck while watching the sun rise over Billings Lake! This home has a fully furnished kitchen including range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, small appliances (coffee pot, Kuerig Coffee Brewing system, blender, toaster, crock pot), dishes, utensils for cooking/eating. Our living room features a 40 inch flat screen television with cable connection and DVD player with large selection of DVD movies for adults and children. Wifi supplied. Outdoor features include 4 Kayaks, 1 small row boat, picnic table, 6 Frontgate water floats, numerous life jackets sized Child to Adult, beach chairs, wood burning fire pit, propane grill. Bring your boat and dock it at our private dock located directly in front of The Lake House. We also have a floating raft, perfect for sun bathing or impressing your friends/family with your perfectly executed cannon ball dive! The Lake House offers peace and quiet, rest and relaxation, great fishing (Billings Lake is a state Bass Management Lake), hiking/walking in the surrounding woods.

The Lake House is located on pristine, beautiful Billings Lake, a 90 acre Bass Management lake. We have a private beach and private boat dock. The Lake House is close to Foxwoods Resort Casino, Mohegan Sun Resort Casino, Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Connecticut Wine Trails, including the Jonathan Edwards Winery, Rhode Island and Connecticut State Beaches.

The Lake House is the perfect place to get away from it all and just relax, sleep in, read a book. If you like to fish, you are in the right place. Billings Lake is a State of Connecticut Bass Management Lake. We do offer some fishing equipment for the use of our renters.

Our beaches are perfect for swimming, sun bathing and/or building sand castles. If you have a boat, our private boat dock is the place to dock your boat directly in front of The Lake House. A public boat launch is available.

Foxwoods Resort/Casino is located approximately 7.5 miles from The Lake House. Mohegan Sun Resort/Casino is located approximately 15 miles from The Lake House. Both Resorts offer spa services, shopping, as well as casino gambling. Foxwoods Resort/Casino is also home to a large Tanger Outlet Shopping Center.

Summer normal rates are $1,500 per week. During the month of September, our fall rate is $1,350 per week and we also have long week end rentals during September (Friday, check-in - Monday morning check-out) 3 nights - $600.
