Welcome to the Flip Flop Life. This unit has recently been refreshed with new couches, beds, tables and appliances. Flip Flop Life is designed with your children and pets in mind. The main living area of the home is decorated with warm tropical colors and has a comfortable living room with plenty of seating as well as a large smart flat-screen television for entertainment. The gourmet kitchen is just off of the living room and offers gorgeous white cabinetry complimented with the smooth Corian countertops. The large dining table just between the living room and kitchen has seating for 8, with 3 more at the breakfast bar and an additional high top table for 4 additional people. During those breaks between the beach there are many board games to pick from, an Xbox for the kids and kids at heart, and even a foosball table downstairs. The downstairs patio has a new propane fire pit, new gas grill, large flat screen tv, and outdoor speakers.
The Flip Flop Life master bedroom includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bath. The amazing colors and textures found in this room give it a luxurious feel. Just down the hall, there is a second master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bath. The bunk room offers two twin over twin bunk beds as well as a flat-screen TV with an Xbox gaming console. Lastly, the second guest room offers a queen-size bed along with a flat-screen TV.
Flip Flop Life is located just two minutes from the beach in a small group of 32 homes surrounding a community pool and private fishing pond. The pond has catch and release fishing and you can sit on the balcony and view the wildlife such as ducks, turtles and blue heron’s that make this pond home. The community pool is only 2 houses down from Flip Flop Life and is perfect for relaxing on the lounge chairs.
Additional Features: Walking distance to beach, high speed (50 Mbps+) Wi-Fi, secure keyless entry, gas grill, flat screen TV's in every room, full size stackable washer and dryer, hotel grade towels and linens, air conditioning, beach chairs and beach toys and a welcome guide with local recommendations. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.

"Wonderful Stay
A group of us stayed here for a family reunion and had a great time! The house was big and spacious enough for all of us, it was clean, the amenities were great, and it was close access to everything we needed.
The included golf cart was a game changer and the outside area was perfect for unloading after the beach and hanging out in the evenings.
I can't say enough great things about this spot. We would 100% stay here again and hope to again next year!"

Great property but advertised with a golf cart that left us stranded after hours on our move in night. No replacement or discount was provided after numerous calls to port a escapes. I specifically chose to pay a little more for this rental since I would not have to rent a cart seperately. We ended up paying for a cart a d the higher-priced rental. "

"No Golf Cart
Place clean and nice but golf cart did not work and owner/management unable to fix it during our stay. Why couldn't they have just rented us a replacement. I picked this place because the cart was included. Pool area not maintained and dumpsters right at entrance to property overflowing with trash. No direct access to the beach."
