Casa Chillotta is located in the heart of Port Aransas! Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze in this stunning beach house on one of three balconies. Two balconies overlook the private cul-de-sac and are located off one of the two master suites and living room. The third balcony overlooks the fenced in backyard and private pool. Casa Chillotta is fabulously decorated in bright Island Style décor.
The spacious downstairs master offers a king bed and private bath. The guest room also has a king bed. There is a full bath, washer and dryer located downstairs for your convenience. The upstairs master suite offers a king bed, en suite bathroom with his and hers sinks plus outdoor seating on a private balcony. The bunk room is ready to set sail on a pirate adventure! There is a set of twin over full bunk beds with a twin trundle underneath. There is a reading area to relax in after a day at the beach. A private bath complete this pirate's place.
There are flat screen TV's located in every room! The open floor plan provides ample room for all your guests. Cook your catch of the day in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with new stainless steel appliances. Dining seating is provided both at the table and the bar. The back yard is fully fenced in and features a private beach entry pool surrounded by beautiful mature palm trees. Port A elegance shows in the beautiful patio and decking with several outdoor seating arrangements. Casa Chillotta also provides an outdoor shower.
*The pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. There is parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles or a boat.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks
of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check or refund to credit card account. The
following assessments will apply to cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to
arrival date will result in loss of 20% of total booking amount. Cancellation 30 days or less prior
to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent. Your reservation will not be subject
to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, or a natural disaster. We highly recommend
purchasing travel insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen
cancellations.

"Great Weekend
4 bedrooms and 4 baths is so convenient. Kitchen well stocked and clean place. Could use new mattresses, but other than that a great place. We will definitely be returning to this location."

Casa chillotta is a nice house fairly close to the beach, nice quiet neighborhood, the house could use some minor updates, but overall nice house, the island has everything you need, so you do not have to travel far,everyone we met were kind, and love to visit, we will be back thank you port aransas 5"

"Port Aransas stay was fun.
Our rental experience was good. The Casa Chillotta was large. We had four bedrooms with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. The gathering space was large. Two front decks and a back patio and deck allowed for a variety of spaces to congregate. We did not use the pool since it was january and february. That would be nice in warmer weather. The grill that was present was not usable. Management did offer to get one for us. We just bought a small one and let it for the next guests. Most kitchen utensils were available. We bought a can opener, some dish rags and towels, and Glad tupperware. We liked the location. There was a lot of construction on both sides of us. There was sufficient spices in the spice cabinet. I assume that is what happens in the off season. We enjoyed out stay. The Macaw across the street was a little bothersome during the warm weather days. He was outside in a cage during the day on warm days. He is very vocal. We enjoyed the island. Not sure we would stay on the island again. We spent a lot of time in Corpus Christi. We may not have been able to see dolphins in CC, but otherwise CC offers a lot more things to do. "

This is the 2nd year in a row we rented Casa Chillotta. It did not disappoint! The layout of the home is perfect for our group with 2 bedrooms up, 2 bedrooms down and 4 baths! We enjoyed the pool everyday after our long walks on the beach. Hope to make this house our annual rental, we just love it!"
