“Casa Nemo” is your new Coastal Getaway rather it’s a family trip or a group of friends getting together. “Casa Nemo” is a 6 bedroom, 4 bath home located in Spencer’s Landing in Port Aransas off of 11th St. There is a community pool that also offers overflow parking.
Upstairs you walk into a large open spacious area which includes a fully stocked kitchen with island seating for 4, dining table setting for 8, and seating for 6 at the sofa table. There are boardgames in the closet for family entertainment. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. A master king bedroom and walk-in shower are down the hall off the living room area with the washer and dryer in the hall closet. In the hall off the kitchen, you have a guest walk-in shower and also a bathroom with a shower/tub. There is a queen bedroom and Nemo themed Bunky room with 2 bunkbeds (4 twin beds total). There is also another king bedroom. All rooms have large flatscreen smart TVs with Internet and fans. Every morning wake up to the sunrise sitting on the upper deck and one of the four rocking chairs or four stools also look to the left to the ship channel to see ships traveling through the channel.
The downstairs a separate entrance from the upstairs. Downstairs has two bedrooms. A king bedroom and a bunk room with a twin over a full bed. The living area has a loveseat with a queen sofa sleeper. There’s a bathroom with a shower/tub. All rooms have large flatscreen smart TVs with the Internet and fans the kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, mini oven with a stove top, and a Frigidaire microwave oven combo with a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the game room in the garage which has a ping-pong table, cornhole and in the common area there are two picnic tables several chairs and flatscreen smart TV with a large grill/smoker combo.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks
of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check or refund to credit card account. The
following assessments will apply to cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to
arrival date will result in loss of 20% of total booking amount. Cancellation 30 days or less prior
to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent. Your reservation will not be subject
to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, or a natural disaster. We highly recommend
purchasing travel insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen
cancellations.

"Family Trip to the Beach
We had 12 adults and 8 kids that stayed in Casa Nemo for 3 nights/4 days. This was a great house for our large group! Four bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. We cooked hot dogs and hamburgers on the provided grill and had plenty of room for eating upstairs or in the outdoor area with the picnic tables and chairs provided. The house had everything we needed; however, could have provided more bath towels for our large group. Only 12 were provided. You will also need to bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap etc. as not much is provided. Great location close to the beach and community pool. We plan to return to this vacation rental again and are already looking forward to it! "

"Perfect vacation house for our large group!!
We had a group of 15 family members down for 4th of July weekend and we couldn't have found a better house to rent. The rooms were laid out perfectly for our group. The place is super clean and nice. Lots of parking available in the large driveway. Close to the beach. Large upstairs deck, which we enjoyed during the 4th of July Firework show. Huge area under the deck to hang out in the evening. Easy instructions for arriving and leaving. We will definitely look to rent this place again in the future. Thanks!!!"

"WE LOVE CASA NEMO
Casa nemo is the perfect family getaway! We were there for a total of 3 nights and we loved it! All the amenities were brand new! Great location! We made so many memories and we enjoyed every single minute of our short vacation! Perfect for families who have young teens they literally have their own space downstairs while the adults sleep! Neighbors are great and pool is a short walk! We would book casa nemo forever and ever! "

"Great Spot for Family Reunioni
We booked Casa Nemo for a family get-together with three couples and two littles. It turned out to be the perfect house for everything we needed. The house was better than described, very clean and new, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and a great location for quick beach access and for getting to shops and restaurants in town. We enjoyed the large upstairs deck every morning and evening, and the big carport area was a a nice shady spot for the littles to play and splash in a baby pool we brought. The two hoses were great for hosing off sandy stuff and filling the pool. There's a closet stocked with games also. The street seems to be used as a cut-through so it gets steady traffic, mostly golf carts which often were blasting music, but we only heard that when sitting on the deck. Inside is very quiet. We also liked having the separate "casita" downstairs which was the perfect space for one couple and their little. Would definitely stay here again"
