This unit has been recently renovated totally inside to create a comfortable space with beautiful coastal colors and furnishings. Featuring a brand new King size bed and new Queen size sofa sleeper in June 2023.
The kitchen is equipped with a free standing electric stove, oven, microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, toaster, an abundance of dishes, cookware, and bar ware.
The outside space that is included with this unit has been fabulously landscaped and offers a fully fenced yard, patio furniture and a private fire pit.
The community coin operated laundry is close by and there is also a cabana connected to it that can be rented out separately if you want more space to hang out with your group or if you have other friends and family in town and just need a bigger space to get together.
Situated on Alister Street, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. It is also conveniently located near Beach street which is a beach access road. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for many years and offer a truly unique location.
This home can sleep 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and there is a brand new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Both the bedroom and living area have flat screen televisions with cable. Wireless internet service is also provided.
Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.

The kitchen supplies could use and upgrade and they should tell you before you check in that you can’t turn ac down under 75.

"Great little spot!
Right when you walk in you can see that it is clean and comfortable. Everything was in good working order. We received a couple texts asking if everything was good and if we needed anything, to make sure and reach out. My only complaint would be that there are no curtains and there is light that comes through at night and very bright in the mornings. Everything else was great! I definitely would recommend staying here. The location is great with a really good ice cream shop around the corner where you can rent golf carts. Also, this property has a 2 car little driveway, which was a plus. The backyard was perfect for dogs. "

Overall the stay was nice. Great location. In walking distance to restaurants and bars. The property was clean and had a nice yard. The only drawer back was the firmness of the bed. But that is hard to judge for property owner. Great response from manager over text at any time. Got back to me right away. Excellent guest service. Highly recommend if headed to Port A for an awesome weekend. "

Cute little cottage. Super close to all the activities in Port A. Nice parking area for car and golf cart. If there had been a broom in the property, we would have cleaned the floors better. All in all, it was a nice and convenient location. "

"Great stay
We enjoyed the stay for last minute plans it worked out great we had our dogs with us and the place was amazing for them and us both. Only a couple of things need to be fixed the gate holes where the dogs looked out need wire put over them and the two blue chairs were broken, otherwise we loved it. Thank you for all the info help and pictures to help us pick out our stay. "
