The master bedroom offers a plush king size bed, flat screen Smart TV en-suite bath. The guest bedroom offers a plush king size bed with flat screen TV. The second bathroom is shared with the bunk room. The bunk room offers two full over twin bunk beds with a flat screen TV. Guest do have access to the Port Aransas Community Pool (HEATED during winter) located 0.5 mile from house at 700 Clark Pkwy, Port Aransas TX They are open 1-6pm daily closed on Mondays. Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks
of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check or refund to credit card account. The
following assessments will apply to cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to
arrival date will result in loss of 20% of total booking amount. Cancellation 30 days or less prior
to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent. Your reservation will not be subject
to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, or a natural disaster. We highly recommend
purchasing travel insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen
cancellations.

I would recommend better pest control due to the mosquitos but there is really only so much you can do about them anywhere you go - they did NOT make it into the house, they were only downstairs.
