HypNautic MV3A is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, free-standing townhome offering all the high-end features you want at affordable rates. Top-quality, furniture awaits you in every room of the home. The pool and party pavilion are just a few steps from the front door. There’s a cozy front porch with outdoor seating perfect for taking in the beautiful Port Aransas sunsets, or watching the kids enjoy the pool. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, dishware, cookware, and so much more. The downstairs primary bedroom suite offers a comfortable Queen size with the cutest nautical décor, a large flat screen and an ensuite bath with walk-in shower for that extra touch of luxury. A separate laundry room with brand-new over-under GE washer and dryer. Upstairs you’ll find 2 more guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom offers a queen size bed complete with a flat screen TV perfect for winding down after a day of fun in the sun. The second guest room is outfitted for the smaller travelers in your group! This bunk room is equipped with two sets of bunks that are twin over full and full over full! The bunk room is complete with bean bag chairs, a wall mounted TV, USB ports, and is the perfect set up for the kids to feel right at home. All 4 TVs are Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming apps available for your viewing pleasure, once logged in to your personal account. The unit includes two dedicated parking spaces. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. "Great in town location
This rental had everything we needed. It is close to a lot of restaurants, shops and a short drive to the beach. The rental was clean and had plenty of room for our party of eight. There is dedicated parking for 2 vehicles close to the rental which made loading and unloading easy. You have to pick up/drop off keys at a separate location but it was an easy process. It would be nice if there was a lockbox entry though because keeping track of physical keys at the beach is not my favorite. We will definitely be back, it is one of favorite places we've stayed in Port A. "

Great location to the downtown shops, restaurants, local night life, etc... Complex Pool was located right outside or door. There are only two parking spots per unit but street parking is available. Our neighbor offered his additional parking spot to us. Overall, everything was as discribed. "

Very relaxing but, the AC temp control was very complicated. If you adjust the temp, it would not stay and would revert back to a set program. It would be helpful to have operating instructions on the property."

Great place for a short term stay. Well kept, clean, lots of dishes, not so much on cookware. Cooking for more than two is very difficult and even then it is a stretch."

This is the second time staying here. Everything is as described. The property was clean and well maintained. Of course, the beach is the main attraction and renting a golf cart was a great way to get around. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone. One note bring your own pans to cook. Otherwise great place."

"Cute, Central and Comfortable!!
This is a gem in the heart of old Port A! So close to everything. The unit was well stocked and had quality appliances and utensils. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Decor was perfect! We chose this unit because it was on the end so we had a view out the side windows. Only bummer was the pool was closed due to bacteria. When pool was built it was too small to handle the population of all 12 units on the property. Not a deal breaker 'cause It's all about the beach! "

"Beat up and Dirty
We were so excited to stay in the heart of downtown Port A and this detached townhome seemed like the perfect fit with plenty of space and a small pool but upon entering it was obvious it had not been properly cleaned. There was spiders and bugs on the window seals, hair and dirt in the showers, many of the walls had stains and there was dirty handles and doors throughout the home. There was also quite a bit of damage including broken tile, scratched walls and baseboards. We called the company and submitted photographic proof but we were told we would have to wait for the owner to review the photos before they would get back to us. This was over a month ago and we were never even reached out to for an apology after even calling to follow-up. The space itself is great but this unit is beat up and needs a lot of love and care to get back to the standard that is set with the price range they charge. We even used Port A Escapes before because the unit we previously rented was prestige but they didn’t even attempt to resolve our issue so I’m not quite sure we would ever use them again. Would not recommend."

"Great family getaway
Brought 2 families, with 2 one years and 2 four year olds. Everybody loved the bunk beds and there was enough space to put travel cribs. The kids loved the pool and it’s safely fenced in so we weren’t worried. House had great spices/pots/pans. Location was walkable to all the things you would want to do (coffee shops, restaurants, icecream shops). "
