The 13th Wave GSC13 is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, coastal home that is the perfect beach getaway. Beautifully decorated in island décor. Just a 4 minute walk to the beach! This townhome offers 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 bunk room with 6 twin beds. There is also 1 twin over full futon and 1 sleeper sofa. This unit is just a few doors down from the swimming pool. You can sit and enjoy the ocean breezes on your private deck after a fun day at the beach. This home has too many amenities to mention. If you are interested in playing a round of golf, this is the place for 1 block away from Palmilla Beach Golf Club. The Gulfside Beach Condos will surely be one of your favorites. Located just as you come into Port Aransas on Access Rd 1-A, which is the main hub to the beach. Getting to the beach could never be easier on the street sidewalks. Parking is limited to 3 cars only. Permit required. No garage access.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

"July 3 Weekend Stay
Once we were notified we could check in we arrived and immediately loved this condo. It’s spacious especially upstairs, the beds were comfy, and it was so clean and fresh smelling. Having the water hose in the front and back outside was a plus to wash the sand off. Having the pool so close to us was awesome too. The outside was perfect for hanging out and people watching. The grill was nice to have too and the condo had all our necessities. So near the beach and the stores. Communicating with Port A Escapes was a plus. They are very responsive. We love your condo will definitely stay here again ❤️"

"Meh- Leaves you wanting more
For starters -I have visited Port A almost yearly for the past 10 years and stayed in a variety of rentals.
For a house that can host 12 people, there was not ample silverware or bowls available. Considering there are 6 bunk beds, one would also hope that there was some plastic cups/plates for kids. No luck there. We had a chocolate lab stay with us, on arrival there were several large clumps of white/grey hair/fur found throughout the house along with a vape and open bag of BBQ chips. There is only one AC but it kept up okay, would have liked it cooler at night. I imagine it would struggle during the high heat days. There is no pantry space. The bookshelves (added after pictures- opposite side from the kitchen) served that purpose. There's also several things that have changed since the pictures were taken. All rooms do not have a dresser like pictured. I did like that all 3 bathrooms were main access. The DVD/VCR player did not work (missing a cable). Showers could use declogging or replacing entirely. Both grills available are in awful condition. The listing states two queens, they are definitely full size beds. One night neighboors (also renting) made things very uncomfortable. Would be great to have curtains in the bunk room.
There's obviously a leak from the shower above the king room that has been repaired before, I think it is still leaking though based on the current damage.
The bunk room was cool for the kids. The king was comfortable. Washer and dryer worked great. "

"2025 SandFest
Party of 8 - perfect house. Very clean, well stocked - surprised to find dishwash soap, a sponge and even enough laundry detergent for a load of clothes. Nice touch with the sunglasses and bag. I was impressed and very comfortable. *Note - all bathrooms are "all access" bathrooms; no specific "master bedroom" - which worked out well. I am a very picky person - and I have no complaints about this homes cleanness. 2nd, the host was very quick to respond. 3rd - if you are renting for SandFest, this is a prime location. "

"Great place for a large family
We had a family vacation for 12 people and had lots of room. Everything is close by for convivence. The only complaint would be the futon was broke, so we had to put the mattress on the floor. Also if you have a place rented by a large group we should have a bit more supplies. We had to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper. "

"Nice place to stay!
The living area (loft) upstairs was great - our older kids had a place to hang out separately. There was wifi even though it’s listed as not provided. Parking was right by the door. Kitchen supplies are minimal compared to some other places but no problem if you mostly plan to eat out.
Location was good - no beach view or anything, but very quick walk to the convenience store and maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach. Very clean!"

"Great place to stay for a large group
This was the perfect place to stay for a large group. We had 14 people all over the age of 17 and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and more than enough room. We also had several cars and there was plenty of parking along the street next to the condos. There were 3 full baths and a large laundry room, which was a plus for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked with lots of pots and pans. The only negatives is that there is not a view of the ocean and the pool was small, but other than that, the place was great. Also, there is not a Keurig as the description states, but there is a coffee maker. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay."

There was prior tenant's hair in downstairs bedroom and bathroom; was advertised there was a keurig coffee maker upstairs but no where to be found; advertised there were 4 TVs but found only 3 of which only 2 worked; no plug in kitchen for coffee maker; pool was very small and dirty"

This place is one of my favorite places to stay in Port A. I've stayed twice and have had a great experience each time. The location was perfect because our wedding was just minuets away on the beach. We had a problem with the wifi and cable but management had it fixed right away. Overall great experience. "

"Great house and location
I thought the house was a great location, about a 7 minute walk to the beach and the house was nicely decorated. We had a group of 14 ppl and it slept everyone comfortably and we had plenty of towels and toilet paper. The bedrooms and kitchen were a bit snug but we managed. The downside were the amenities featured for this listing. We could have used some extra blankets for the beds not in bedrooms. Also the wifi does not work at all and the internet and phone service is spotty. Only 1 tv out of 3 worked and the microwave did not work. Maintenance got the TV's working after 24 hours of us checking in and the microwave didn't get replaced until the last (3rd) night we were there. But I'm sure all those items will be fixed before the next guests come in, except the wifi. Maintenance had no clue how to fix it. We had a great time as we spent most of our time at the beach. And it was an unexpected pleasure not having internet/wifi to just unplug for the weekend."

"Great Condo close to the beach
The condo was super clean, had the basic necessities in the kitchen, and the beds were super comfortable. The kids really liked the lockers for their belongings in the bunk bed room, and the teenagers liked the loft with the twin over the queen bed for more room. I highly recommend this condo! We had 6 adults and 6 kids and were happy with the space and the large dining table downstairs for eating and games. The pool was great to enjoy after being at the beach, and having 3 bathrooms was wonderful. "

The condo was in a great location a few blocks from from the beach. There was more than enough room for everyone and we had 12 people in our group. Very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans to cook while we were there. Had an amazing time and will come back."

"Awesome!
Spent 3 nights during spring break with 12 teenagers and we had a great time. The house is in the perfect location and can sleep a ton of people. I don’t think we would stay here for a long trip simply because the kitchen is very small with no storage and I cook every night and bring almost everything with me but for a short trip, if you eat out often or shop on the island it’s perfect. Loved the ladies of Port A Escapes and I’m already trying to book our longer summer trip in another rental with them. "

This little condo has every inch utilized to make room for a large family to all stay in one place. Get rid of the ottoman though. It takes up space and is caving in. Otherwise, it worked perfectly for 10 of us and we had a great time."

Don't tske this wrong condo was beautiful. .BUT not enough room in the living dining room for 16.was very crowded. .couldn't half us sit in the living room. .it's oblong and nothing like pictures of living /dining area way too small.otherwise everything was great..would not rent again for 16 nor 12 persons.."

"Sixth Time.
We love Gulfshore Condos for two main reasons: 1. Location 2. Accommodations. These condos are right on Beach Access Road 1-A, which means you are within walking distance to the beach. It is also the closest access to the part where you can drive you car on the beach but still be close to town. We like to back our trucks up so we don't have to carry all our stuff. If we have to go to the bathroom or we forgot something we hop in the golf cart and we are back at the condo in 2 mins. There is also a beach store and gas station right next to the condo. These condos are all four bedroom three full baths. There is also an upstairs loft area that can either be another tv/hang out spot and/or bedroom. This particular unit slept 15 but we only had 11 and it was plenty enough space. The downstairs kitchen/dining/living area is a bit cramped but when you add the upstairs loft and the outside picnic table areas it compensates. Now for the downsides to this particular condo. It wasn't cleaned properly upon arrival. The bunk rooms sheets were dusty and needed to be removed and washed before our kids would sleep in them. The living room furniture is looking run down and could use replacing. It is also too bulky for the space. I recommend a smaller sectional to hug the corner by the window and replace the big bulky ottoman with one of those slim ottomans or two small ottomans thst can be used for seating. The kitchen table is also very bulky. I would go with a skinner table that's easier to move to sit behind. There is no garage access and that to us is a big downside as we had a lot of stuff that had to be left outside overnight. "

"Wedding Weekend
My wedding party, wife and I stayed here the weekend of our wedding. The property was beautiful and had good accommodations for everyone who was staying. Just had an issue with parking (other occupants from other units parking in our spaces) but besides that it was an overall good experience and I would definitely recommend this location to others."
