 CLEANING
 -After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
 -Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
 -These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
 -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.
 
 IMPORTANT INFORMATION
 -A two-night minimum stay is required.
 -A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
 -NOT PET FRIENDLY.

 CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

 "Don’t stay here.
 First, the parking situation was a nightmare. At booking, they ask if you’re bringing a trailer, and I marked yes since we brought our side-by-side. The property sleeps 16, so you’d expect it to accommodate multiple vehicles, but that was not the case. When we arrived, the hosting company was closed, and we had no idea where to park. A representative had previously told us to park in front of the condo on the street, but when we arrived, the street was extremely narrow with “No Parking” and towing signs everywhere.
 
 After trying to reach the company, I was stuck leaving a message with an answering service. About 45 minutes later, they told us to park “on the rocks.” Then, just as we left for dinner, the company called again saying the HOA reported we could be towed and directed us to park behind the condos. On top of that, their rules made no sense — no trailer could be dropped, the vehicle had to remain attached to the trailer, no sideways parking, and we had to park straight forward, which literally put us in the street. After multiple photos, calls, and back-and-forth, it was exhausting and stressful.
 
 We had two dedicated parking spots in front of the condo, but the host only left two parking permits total inside, despite the condo sleeping 16 people. We had no way of getting more, so the entire stay we worried about being towed.
 
 The cleanliness was another disappointment. The sofas were sticky and dirty. None of the bathrooms had shampoo or conditioner — only a single bar of soap. For a place advertised to host large families or groups, this Airbnb is definitely not family-friendly.
 
 Overall, our stay was filled with stress, confusion, and disappointment. Between the unclear parking, constant towing threats, lack of cleanliness, and poor amenities, this is not a place I would recommend, and we will not be staying here again"
