CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Not happy and not recommeded
The property encountered several issues. The house was old and dimly lit. The twin bed box, which needed to be set up, was broken and could not be assembled properly, rendering it unusable for sleeping. The property lacked essential amenities such as soap, salt, and a small amount of oil, eliminating the need to rush to a store at 11 pm to purchase essentials. Additionally, the property did not provide coffee, which I need to purchase at 6 am. The room was dark, and the light fixtures were inadequate. Furthermore, there was only one bathroom in total, and the master bathroom appeared to be locked for some reason. The bathroom was also not well-maintained, as the basin water was always stuck, indicating a need for proper plumbing. This was the worst experience I have had with Airbnb."
