CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Last Summer Vacation
It was our last chance to make it out to the coast this summer and staying with Padre Escapes made it the best trip. The location was amazing and walking to the beach with small children was super convenient. The property was very clean and spacious. And the pool was incredible. I really wish we'd had one more day just so we could spend it at the pool. Would definitely return here in the future if we find ourselves back in Texas, and will be recommending Padre Escapes to any friends headed to Corpus Christi! "

"Excellent stay!
The Best Nest was awesome! We had 3 small kids and 4 adults. It fit our family well. The appliances all worked well and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our own food. The pool was perfect for cooling off and it was an easy 5 min walk to the beach. We hope to return soon!"

"The Best Nest really was the BEST!!
Memorial Day long weekend stay. It was a very enjoyable place for a family with kids. If you want a couple's getaway I would not recommend here. We stayed in the 3 bedroom condo. Very comfortable and clean. Master bedroom downstairs with an outside area with chairs and hammock. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bunk beds. Could use a dresser in the rooms but other than that it was great. They had noise machines in each room which was a life saver for sleeping late and naps for baby and young kids. It was a very nice touch. This condo was not next to the pool which was great because you didn't get the noise from the people in the pool. We were one minute from the beach, but the beach was super crowded, so we only went once. the condo was spacious and very comfortable. "
