The 2nd Main Floor Bedroom also boasts King Bed. The Loft upstairs, which includes a Double over a Double Bunk Bed and a Twin Bed w/Twin Trundle, overlooks the great room with spectacular views of the golf course. The Loft also boasts a Wii gaming console, table games, board games and an assortment of movies. The Junior Master suite on the 2nd floor with its private balcony overlooks the water off the 12th fairway and includes a Queen bed, 37 inch TV, and walk-in rain shower. Two more bedrooms on the other side of the 2nd floor are furnished with Queen Bed and a Double over Double Bunk Bed. Each of these rooms also has their own private balconies. Two bedrooms have desks for remote working or school! This house is perfect for a large family getaway, stay inside and catch up in the great room, gather in the dining room over good food, enjoy games in the loft, or relax on the expansive patio while taking in the beautiful scenery. The Garage Game Room is a great place to hang out and enjoy games of Ping Pong, Shuffleboard, and Foosball! Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. "Best Birthday Party ever for grandma's 70th.
Great location near the park for our family with children. Having more than one map would have been helpful. Phone maps are very small. One neighbor had loud parties several nights well after quiet hours. We called security several times and were told that we might have to call the police. This was a big issue. The tv was difficult to use. Great kitchen, but needed some tupperware type containers. We did not understand that renters are not allowed to use any of the pools. Our fault, but likely would have influenced our decision to rent. The hot tub was very clean, but needed repair. Kids loved the games set up in the garage. Perfect house for three nights."

We had 16 people ranging in age from 20-80 spanning 3 generations gather from all over the country. This was a great house for us. The team was super responsive when we had questions
I would make a note that the garbage cans are in a small room at the far end of the garage - someone hunted for those one night - took her awhile ��

"A huge house for a great price.
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house itself is great the rooms number of beds an everything was just what we needed. The only minus in this home was that the kitchen equipment was old. Especially pots and pans they were super worn out and scratched up not healthy to use. Also, couple of our kids got head lice after staying in the home. They went into the hot tub and slept upstairs only. So I’m not sure if it has to do with the tub or there’s something in the house itself. I’d want the owners to take a closer look at that. Other than that everything was good. "

"Ahh-Mazing!
The first time entering this cabin was So welcoming, soft music, lights, warm.
The house was impeccably clean inside. I would suggest leaving instructions for the fireplaces. The front room did not work, but maintenance was there immediately. I don't understand the negative comments on the supplies, those were as advertised and enough for our 5 day stay--we had 4 adults. We did not use game room, hot tub or outdoor FP so cannot comment on those. If they wanted to sell this house, we would buy it!! It was perfect.

"Nice House Rental
We thought the house was very nice. Spacious and well maintained. Very nice game room. Everything was in working order. Also within walking distance of a playground and off leash dog park. We have, however, rented several other houses at Suncadia and this was the most austere in terms of supplies. This one didn't have tissues, only provided a thimble size container of shampoo (for our 3 night stay), and there was no Keurig type coffee maker. There were also very few spices or other staples provided. These were all as advertised, but my point is all our other rentals at Suncadia included these things and they are very nice perks. Overall, I would recommend this house."

"Coal Mine Lodge Mid-Winter 2022
Overall, very satisfied with the stay, from location, accommodation, surroundings, and amenities. Everything was as described with easy check-in and check-out procedure.
In the spirit of continued improvement leaving couple feedbacks as homework.
The garage space heater did not work so was difficult to use this room as recreational room in the winter.
We found a crusty old dog poop under the bed on the second floor, so a blind spot for cleaners to check.
Hot water temperature is set higher than other family homes (with kids), so good to mention that somewhere.
Again, a great place and will definitely be back."

"Another fantastic girls weekend trip
We thoroughly enjoyed another weekend at Coal Mine Lodge. Our group of friends bring our tables and crafting stuff and we have tons of room to work plus love the huge kitchen for meals. We also really like that there are so many beds and bedrooms. Everything was so clean, we felt really good about our first big get together since Covid. And we love seeing the elk herd wander through, that is always a bonus. "

We rented this property for my husband and I, our 3 kids and their spouses, and our 5 grandchildren, ages 8 to 14. The kids and grandkids said it was one of their favorite vacations! The house was spacious with plenty of room and fun activities for everyone. We are very particular about cleanliness and we found the entire house, inside and outside, to be very well kept, clean, and not dusty!"

"Nice house but could use some love
The house layout is great. It has so much room for a large group. It could however use new dishes, pans, silverware, maybe some drawer liners and organizers in the kitchen instead of things just thrown in the drawers. The baking sheets weren’t really usable because they flaked and a lot of the dishes were chipped. Definitely bring your own kitchen supplies if you need something. The siding was torn off one side so the roof leaked while we were there so we had to put towels down. Compared to the other Suncadia homes we have stayed in, I would say the furniture could use a little refresh as well. Again, the house is great but for the nightly rate we paid, I would have expected a better kitchen setup and the roof not to leak. "

"Great stay, but the house is tired
The house had many positives such as amenities, location, size, bed count, view, kid play room, etc. However, it has a number of deferred maintenance issues as well. The furniture is old, the hot tub is rotting around the perimeter at the base, a number of dishes are old and unusable (gross), only a few of the air hockey pucks work, etc. Again, we had a great stay, but it's not in tip top shape to warrant an overall 5 star rating."

"Fun Girls Weekend
Rented Coal Mine Lodge for a girls weekend and had a blast. There was a little snafu with the internet, but the property management company was able to help us get it sorted out in a timely manner. House isn't too close to neighbors, is very close to a large park, and borders a pond and walking trails. The property had all the kitchen amenities we needed, there was room for 6 adults (plus room to spare!).Loved that they provided furniture covers, treats, and poop bags for dog owners. What a nice touch!"

We have stayed in several homes in Suncadia and rarely do you find homes that have an adequate supply of things like dish soap, laundry soap, trash can liners, paper towels. With three young grandchildren the location adjacent to Dawson Park could not have been better. Quiet, private, with a pond between the cabin and adjacent fairway. 3-car garage is a huge game room. "Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the Cole Mine Lodge for our 3rd annual cousins trip! The lodge was as described, spacious for our large group, clean and comfortable! We did need to contact the owners about needing a propane tank for the grill and some pans. Our cookout dinner was delayed as we only found out it was out when we went to grill, but the owner was great and able to bring us a new one in reasonable time along with the pans that were requested.

The walking distance of Dawson Park was so great, being that we had a handful of young kids with us. The winery and Roselyn were a short drive and we even spotted some deer and Elk during those drives. The pond was so relaxing to have as a view in the backyard and the wetland area in front was also nice for bird watching. We did have to be careful in the backyard with the little ones attempting to run up right to the edge of the pond though.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the game room and the teens spent a good amount of the evenings there, as well as the loft area. The loft is opened/overlooks to the main floor. The teens did sleep in this area, and we were concerned about light and noise traveling up, but the kids were so darn tired that they were able to sleep through it without much of a problem. If you have light sleepers or effected by light, then the loft would not be a good place to sleep.

We did use the gas fire pit, and although we enjoyed it, we did miss the real fire experience with real fire wood.

We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to revisit next year!!"

Beautiful home with lots of open space. We were disappointed in the game room as it is not heated and only had a tiny space heater! Other than that, we had a lovely time celebrating Christmas with our family.

This vacation home had everything we hoped for our winter family trip. The Suncadia area was beautiful, especially in the snow. Great activities for the whole family from the park and sledding hills to the table top games in the garage and the Nintendo Wii. Hot tub was wonderful. "Worst short term rental experience I've ever had
I've done short term rentals all over the world and this is by far the worst customer service I've received.

A guest was taking a nap on the top bunk bed when the center beam fractured and caused the slats to load the weight of his body. We were lucky this happened during the middle of the day and nobody was hurt underneath or above.

I reported the incident immediately to All Seasons. Initially they were apologetic and understanding of the incident. We moved the mattress to the floor so the guest can sleep that night.

I was later told two weeks later that we would be charged for the damage. The guest did not misuse the bunk bed except to sleep on it. All Seasons Vacation Rental amazingly called us liars.
