This newly constructed modern-mountain home in Suncadia Resort is nestled amongst the trees at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Relax and enjoy the fantastic outdoor living space at this expertly designed private retreat. This luxurious home boasts over 3,200 square feet of living space, a fantastic outdoor living space, and a private hot tub. This is a perfect retreat for 3 to 4 couples or multiple families. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas stone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 60” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio with heaters, gas fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 3. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 8 comfortably.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
•The main floor master has a king size bed, smart TV, and direct access to the hot tub. The attached bath has a large soaking tub, tile shower, dual sinks, and heated tile floor.
•The guest bedroom on the main floor features a queen size bed, smart TV, and has direct access to a bath w/shower directly across the hallway.
•The junior master on the second floor features a king size bed, smart TV, and a private bath w/shower.
•The 2nd bedroom on the upper floor has a queen bed, and shares a large dual sink bathroom with the bunk room.
•The bunk room off the bonus room is furnished with two sets of twin over full bunk beds.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, so please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras facing the front of the house.

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

Very happy with the location. Great back patio with fire pit and hot tub. Modern feel with all the needed kitchen amenities. Kids area was perfect with a big couch, bunkbeds, foosball and ms. pacman. Very comfortable living room area with amble seating. "

"Seattle Oasis with Friends
The rental experience at “Wildflower” was top notch. The house is newly built and well designed with a complete set of thoughtfully laid out amenities. All of the appliances, kitchen accessories, bathroom and bedroom linens, carpet, floors, TVs, fire pits, hot tubs, etc... were high quality what you would expect in a well curated VRBO.
The setting itself was incredible. We went up to Suncadia to escape Seattle with friends. It is a beautiful trip, and this house I a great base to explore activities inside and around Suncadia.
The rental company was so good it is hard to provide actual feedback! The emails prior to our trip were so descriptive, along with all the guides in the house, that we never needed to communicate with the rental company. I view this as a perk. The rental was very well run.
The bottom line is that after this trip I will be dreaming of our next trip to Suncadia. I highly recommend this Vacation Rental."

"Week at the Wildflower
Overall our stay at the Wildflower was good. This was the second time in a row we stayed at this house. We did notice that this time around the house was not as clean as it was the previous stay. We saw more dust and noticed hair in showers. We also noticed there were less cooking utensils, big bowls, and pots and pans. The previous year had a lot more in the kitchen. Besides these issues, the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay. "

"Fantastic for a quick getaway or longer stay
We really enjoyed our quick 2-night winter getaway at Wildflower. The house more than accommodated our 3 families (6 adults, 4 children) with comfortable areas to relax and play. The kids especially loved the bonus / bunk area, and the adults loved the well-stocked kitchen, Sonos sound system, and outdoor fireplace! We can't wait to return. "

"The coziest modern style home!
The Wildflower home was beautiful and had high end finishes throughout the entire house. There were about 16 of us in the house and it fit everyone comfortably. The kids enjoyed the game room upstairs, as well as, some games in the garage. Hot tub was an hit! This is one of very first homes we’ve rented where the house provided more than enough in the kitchen. Alicia from the management office was super nice. She approved us for late check-out and made accommodations for our extra trash without any fees. "

We love Wildflower! Really enjoyed our stay here. We enjoyed so much that we came back for a second time. The house has everything we need and everyone all ages enjoyed the amenities! Hot tub, game room, well-equipped kitchen, outdoor fire pit, etc. we can’t wait to go back!"

"Gorgeous home at Suncadia!
What an amazing home! We stayed here for the weekend with 2 couples and 2 families. The home was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The beds in every room are very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room! The kids and adults both enjoyed the hot tub. The fire pit is large and great to sit around on a cool night. "

"Amazing place to stay
My only hesitation in leaving this review is that I want to keep this gem of a house all to ourselves. Ha! This house is AMAZING. The house design and style in impeccable. It was spotless when we arrived. There was ample room for each family member. It had everything we needed for our stay including plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, a laundry room and mud room and a relaxing hot tub. We loved our stay and cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Suncadia. If I had to come up with a complaint, it would be that the house is so lovely, we barely wanted to leave it to go out exploring! ;)"

Wildflower Lodge is the perfect family vacation for all ages. We brought three generations, ages three to seventy-four. And every person had a favorite spot in and around the house to chill or play.
If you're gathering a group of girlfriends or looking for a reunion spot, Wildflower Lodge is the perfect pick.

"Suncadia at its best!
From trip planning to check in to our stay and check out this property and all seasons vacation rental were easy to work with. We have stayed in many vacation rentals across Washington and this one is our favorite. It has a great layout, lots of fun amenities and a great location. We have many small children and feel very comfortable in this home which is a huge factor in deciding where to stay. You cannot find better in Suncadia. "

"Wonderful Stay at the Wildflower Lodge
Our stay at the Wildflower Lodge was wonderful. The home is brand new, very clean, has great amenities and had a ton of space for our two families. We decided to eat all of our meals at the house so came with many many groceries. The house had a huge pantry, lots of empty cupboards, an extra fridge and every kitchen gadget you could ask for - we were even able to bake cookies! We have young children (5-9) so appreciated the Kid Zone with bunks, video games and space to do cartwheels. They were able to feel independent while we enjoyed quiet adult time downstairs. We also noticed that the construction of the house is solid - it is completely silent at night and feels like a luxury home with high ceilings, home upgrades, beautiful furnishings and lots of space. Even though it was snowy outside, we hung out outside a lot - the patio has overhead propane heaters so we barbequed and enjoyed a drink. Kids loved roasting marshmallows at the firepit and playing in the hot tub. The house is about a 5-10 minute drive to the main lodge and we walked it in about a 1/2 hour. Home is right on one of the walking/biking trails. It was so nice though we didn't really want to leave. Thanks for the rejuvenating weekend!"
