BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS * Main floor master suite with a king bed, TV, gas fireplace and private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a large tile shower. * Lower floor master suite with a king bed, TV and private bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks. * Lower floor guest bedroom with a king bed and two sets of twin/twin bunk beds. This bedroom is supported by a guest bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. * Lower floor bonus room has a queen sleeper sofa, TV and gas fireplace. * The main floor is equipped with a half bath. **The owners of Bootjack Inn have a dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. **Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted. **Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 3 to 4 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

We took advantage of everything the home had to offer (the grill, hot tub, bikes and game room). We also took advantage of the pickle ball and basketball courts. The kids played at the park as well. The only little mishap was that there was a leak coming from the garbage disposal which caused water to leak into the downstairs bedroom ceiling. I called the property manager and he came right over and checked it out. He was very pleasant and told us he would be over the following morning to fix the issue. Other than that, It was a great experience for my family and I. We have zero complaints. I will be doing this again soon!" Pickleball courts are close and we had a great time exploring suncadia and Roslyn! Check out Fused they do glass art workshops in Roslyn and Heritage distillery fun bourbon tasting. House was wonderfully arranged for three families with small children to gather for the weekend. Only challenge was the lack of kitchen utensils, bowls, and basic supplies. It makes a huge difference when rental house kitchens are stocked with basics like plastic wrap, foil and zip log bags. Oil, flour, sugar, and basic condiments, not to mention more kitchen supplies and equipment are expected by guests at this price point! Heat in garage game room was not able to be turned on without contacting the rental agency, who in turn had to contact the owner. Give the renter the controls to the heat. Ping pong paddles were falling apart and broke. No EV charging. Outdoor gas fire pit too weak to hang around and be warm. Other Suncadia houses are better stocked, larger fire outputs, and more well appointed in terms of games, heating controls, etc. Fixing these items would help improve the value of this rental." The back of the home faces West and there are electric blinds that have no remote or way to lower the shades and it gets a lot of afternoon sun. I called the management company and they said there is no remote for those. Why would you have electric blinds if you can't control them. I feel like they could put some USB plugs in some convenient places to charge devices. Overall though this place was very nice and we would rent this place again.
