WELCOME TO EVERGREEN LODGE
Exceptional new cabin in a planned vacation development near Lake Cle Elum. Centrally located between Lake Cle Elum and Roslyn. Just minutes to the lake or Golf at Suncadia Resort. Snowmobile or hike directly from the cabin on over 200 miles of groomed trails. Summer time fun at the Roslyn Ridge Pool! Evergreen Lodge boasts a private sports court, free WiFi Internet, and is Pet Friendly.
This well-appointed cabin boasts 2,200 sq ft of living space. Perfect for a large family or multiple families. The two upstairs bedrooms each have their own vanity! The Main Home features a king bed in the Master Bedroom, a king bed in an upstairs bedroom, a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom, and a twin over a full bunk bed in the loft. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops and tile flooring. The loft is ideal for watching TV or having fun on the new Shuffleboard Table!!
In addition to the main home, you can also rent the Studio Apartment has one king bed, a small dining table, refrigerator, microwave and a private 3/4 bath! With the apartment the home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably with a total of 3.5 baths.
This cabin is loaded with on-site activities. There's a Ping Pong table in the garage and a Sport Court / Pickle ball court in the backyard. Off the side deck you'll find your own private 6 Person Hot Tub!! The great room features a 55" flat screen TV. There's also additional TVs in the Master Bedroom and Loft. You can watch lively games of Pickle ball while you're also taking in the scenery from the wrap around covered porch. (please note, there is no longer a basketball hoop at the house)
This cabin comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center, a private facility! This new facility boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, several BBQ Stations with Picnic Tables, Shower/Locker Room Facilities, Conference Room with free WiFi access, exercise bikes and more!! This is a great facility for summer time entertainment. Just a short walk from the cabin.
Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $10 person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door (cash/check only). The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. It is also open on the two weekends following Labor Day.

If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Good location & neighborhood
Looking for something off from busy Suncadia, this property was a good choice and reasonably priced for my young family. Not much to complain about. House was very clean, well kept, and comfy beds. ASVR staff Leah was responsive. Kitchen was very well stocked with plates and utensils, and plenty of board games and puzzles available for use. The hottub was 80F (sleep mode) when we arrived, and took few hrs (°3F/hr) to heat up to 104°. Once hot the next day, we used it often. This house does allow pets. We didnt bring any pets, but there absolutely no sign of pet use in this home; remarkable. We will return again for a 3rd time next year, and also rent out the apt above the garage.
Suggestions: could use another dozen set of cheap silvereware, and hottub heater element may need cleaning/replacement.

"Baca wedding
The first thing I noticed when I opened the door how clean and open the home was so inviting and so much room for my family. Everything we needed for our 4 night stay was at our fingertips. The beds were so comfy and the kids absolutely loved all the games and the upstairs shuffleboard. We were scheduled to leave Sunday and head to Seattle to stay in a hotel the night before our flight but with the home being so comfortable and the use of the pool we decided to spend an extra night lucky for us the house was available for the extra night..I had put this home on reserve almost a year prior to our arrival the team at the all seasons was so helpful.. thank you thank you it made the 3 day wedding we attended in Roslyn so special ����"

"Family get away....
We were thrilled with the entire house. Clean, private. Ping pong, pickle ball, basketball, hot tubbing.. All great things to keep a nine and 7 year old busy with family. Park just short walk away..We did have to turn the heat off because the heat pump was so loud, it kept the quests awake up stairs...The gas fireplace in the living room was a savior. My grandson hit the pickle ball over the neighboring fence.. Like any 9 year old he scaled the fence to fetch it before any of us could realize what was happening. The neighbor lady came over, VERY upset that someone was in her back yard.. She told us that if the ball goes over next time, it's lost to us.. We will not be getting it back.. Luckily I tried to empathize with her and she vented about renters and we were hugging "3" times before she left our conversation.. I was concerned when we arrived at our far out we seemed to be from town but actually it really wasn't.. We ate in Roslyn and of coarse a couple trips into Suncadia, our favorite.."

"A girls weekend
The house was perfect for us 6 ladies. It had all amenities that we needed. Close to many hiking trails and to Roslyn and Suncadia.The only problem was the heater. No heat from the vents but we had the gas fireplace that saved us. Even after having maintenance come out, the heater was still not working. "

We had a great stay at this rental, sharing this with another family and in total we had 4 little ones - but there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was an easy drive from Seattle - and once we got to the house we didn't really leave. The pool is a super close walk, and the sport court was perfect for fun as well. We are already talking about making it an annual vacation and hope to be back!"

Great place for a relaxing getaway for a family of 4. The place was clean and spacious. We went in March when the weather wasn't great so we needed some indoor activities. The kids (teenagers) loved playing ping pong, racquetball and shuffle board; and we all enjoyed the hot tub. There was plenty of seating in the family room for all of us to watch movies in the evening. Great times!! We'd definitely go back. "

We have rented this particular property twice, the house is in a great location for activities, hot tub and yard are great, adding he double bunks was a super idea! House is great for lots of people, with two rooms for recreation up stairs and down. Kevin and Wendie have been great to work with and we always look to rent properties from them. A few considerations for future maintenance...the master bed mattress is getting a little old, add some more and new towels or suggest guests bring their own and upgrade the kitchen range. Overall a great place to stay though and will come again."

"Memorial Day Weekend 2010
Despite mediocre weather the stay was amazing! We had a pickle ball tournament, used the ping pong table, foosball table and enjoyed nightly bonfires. I would highly recommend this cabin if you are looking for tons of activities, plenty of space, great kitchen and a great location. Suncadia is just minutes away if you want to enjoy a nice dinner, spa or golf. We look forward to returning to Evergreen Lodge. Thanks for the great experience! "

"Christian Men's Retreat
Evergreen Lodge was the perfect setting for a retreat. There was ample Quality Sleeping space, A huge table for discussion and work sessions, Kitchen was equipped with nice appliances and plenty of dishes pans etc. The folks at the rec center were Very Friendy and helpful. The ping pong table and outdoor pickleball were a major hit. Proximiy to the lake and Cle Elum river area provides many outdoor rec options. Overall 5 stars. We hope to secure the same property next year. "
