With occupancy up to 6 guests, there is plenty of room for extended family and friends. The large primary bedroom is ensuite, opens onto the beautiful lanai, and features a brand new King Sized Bed, with firm on one side and medium on the other side. The primary master bath includes pebble stone tile, double sinks, bidet and a walk-in stone tile shower enclosure. Gorgeous! The very spacious 2nd bedroom offers beautiful mountain views & has a wonderful arrangement of a King & Trundle Bed (2 twins). It also has a 42 inch TV! The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Loved our stay
This condo was perfect for our recent. Kitchen is very well stocked. Even had a lot of spices. Condo was very clean and decorated very nice. Loved the Lanai. Only complaint was, we were woken up in the middle of the night due to our vehicle not parked up close enough to garage. Might be helpful to let people know in advance. Would have also helped if security people had let us know in the morning instead of middle of the night. Still would stay again. "

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. The view was amazing. Everything was just perfect for my son and I. We went to the pool and restaurant by the pool several times. It was great! Lots of kids for my son to play with. Plenty of loungers by the pool. The condo itself was wonderful. We had everything we needed. There is a store right up the road. The beach is a short drive away. We were very happy with our stay and will stay again."

"Spacious Two Bedroom Condo - Perfection!
This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of five. Our three teens wanted to stay in the same room and the second bedroom was large and with enough beds to make that comfortable for them. The master bedroom is beautiful with ocean views. All of the furniture was super comfortable and sturdy, including the patio furniture. The AC kept the unit cool.
The management company was professional, personal and quickly responded when we had some initial questions about the condo property. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. The condo location was great - walking distance to Magic Sands Beach as well as a local shopping center.
We would 100% stay here again and hope to return. Soon!"

This place was so great for our family of 6. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, chairs and umbrellas, extra beach towels made it so nice! Open floor plan and seating on the deck was great! We actually wanted to stay in and grill because of the deck with a great view! And the management company was so quick to respond about everything. This place made our vacation! "

This unit has some of the best views of the entire resort. It is extremely comfortable and very nicely decorated. It was very nicely supplied with all you need to accommodate your stay. The beds are also very comfortable and the bathrooms very nice."

"Fantastic Vacation Awaits
Wait til you see the view from all parts of this gorgeous condo in a super area. Each night the sunsets are right in front of you. Then you can enjoy dinner cooked in the impeccably provisioned kitchen out on the deck and tuck in to the comfy beds after a long day in Kona. The beauty also lies in the beautiful, artful decor and the well arranged living area with huge TV and stereo music. There is so much to do and all activities are so close by. The pool and snack bar are super nice and you can play golf all day long at the course w/in walking distance. Don't forget to play on the beautiful tennis courts or work out in the complete mini gym. For a dinner out you can walk across the street up to a shopping area with awesome restaurants or drive into Kona proper and choose from many great dining experiences. Just walking along and shopping you can see the incredible ocean. Or come back the next day to surf or kayak at the beach in town. The owners are very responsive and one can tell that they are very eager to make your vacation perfect!"

"Best condo in Kona Coast
This condo has it all! With breathtaking ocean views, beautiful sunsets, and a large lanai, you can relax and take in all the 'Aloha' Plus the most comfortable lounge chairs, that you never want to get out of. Since this unit is an upper corner unit condo, it is light and bright with windows all along one side, plus the two french doors leading out to the lanai, and high ceilings, creating a very open feel. Situated on the top floor (but only one flight of stairs from the parking area), you will never hear footsteps from the other units or hear your neighbors, so it is very private. The shopping center across the street is very convenient, with great restaurants (Kenichi Sushi happy hour is our favorite!), grocery store, Longs drugstore and even movie theaters. The location is a short 15 minutes to downtown Kona, but quieter than being in town. The unit itself, is very nicely decorated, but feels like you are at home. Resort amenities are super convenient, with pools, jacuzzis, tennis and pickleball courts and even a poolside bar/restaurant, featuring live music every night. With a well stocked kitchen, BBQ on the lanai, comfortable beds, and beautiful bathrooms, you will never want to leave this slice of heaven."

This home is truly exceptional! Its location is perfect, situated close to town yet away from the crowds, with a convenient shopping center just across the street. The host has left no stone unturned in ensuring every aspect is flawless. Our absolute favorite feature was the Lanai, offering mesmerizing views of the Pacific Ocean and unforgettable sunsets. The property exudes a comforting, peaceful serenity with its charming decor, creating a truly homely atmosphere that's hard to come by elsewhere. The amenities provided an extra touch of luxury, from the tennis and pickleball courts to the multiple pools and jacuzzis, enabling us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of the surroundings. "Great rental for a girl's trip for Ironman!
This condo was a great home base for our ladies trip to Kona for the Ironman World Championship race (more details below).
Overall, this property was spacious for 5 adults, and incredibly clean. Furniture seemed to be new, which was nice. We didn't really cook (not enough time), but the kitchen was well appointed and there were spices available to use. We did use the beach chairs in the deck box.
Easy parking, and grocery store is just across the street to pick up snacks, drinks, poke bowls and other supplies.
The pictures represent the property well. The complex also has a pool and restaurant (more of a cafe/bar where you can get drinks and burgers/snacks at the pool), which we enjoyed. Some free craft classes that you can sign up for - we enjoyed the lei making!
Good communication from Knutson. We didn't need anything during the stay, so I can't comment about responsiveness to fixing an issue, but I don't think it would have been a problem. We did run out of toilet paper and had to buy more - the notes clearly state that you are only provided a starter supply - but toilet paper is so cheap, it would be nice if it was fully stocked.
Just 5 miles south of Kona town, it was an easy drive or run into town for the Ironman festivities. Specific to Ironman race day, this location was perfect, as it is just a bit south of the run course, and Ali'i is closed on the course on race day. Since the property south, so you can still come and go on race day as needed.

"Best Condo in “Kona Coast” Resort !
We recently had the most unforgettable vacation in Kona, Hawaii, and it was all thanks to the incredible vacation rental we stayed in! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the spacious feel and beautiful amenities.
Let's start with the view – It was simply breathtaking! The rental was perfectly positioned to offer a panoramic view of the turquoise ocean. Each morning, we woke up to the glorious site of the blue water, and every evening, we were treated to stunning sunsets that painted the sky in vibrant hues.
The vibe of the place was pure relaxation and tranquility. The rental was nestled in a great spot, far from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas, which allowed us to unwind and relax but close to everything you would need within a short walk or few minute drive.
