PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. Location and view were wonderful, especially if you enjoy strolling the beach walk. The beds were amazing, so comfortable. It was very clean and easy to access with the door code. The only drawback for us was the lack lot of storage/place to unpack our clothes. There was a closet but it was not useable for storage. It was also convenient for picking up our car rental for a few days (Enterprise across the street). And the included garage parking pass was a great bonus. Also eating on the balcony with the beautiful view was something we really liked. Booking through Captain Cook Resorts was an easy procedure but once on site we did have a couple of issues and we felt the management team provided could have been more responsive in a more timely manner. Luckily one of the issues we resolved on our own and the other (fire alarm going off at 5AM) was taken care of by the hotel. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit." It was conveniently located next to the Waikiki Hilton Village. There were many stores, restaurants, and activities within walking distance. There is a free Hula on Friday evenings at the resort. Afterward, if you walk out on to the pier, you can watch the fireworks that the Hilton does. the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The temperature controls were easy to navigate. Check in and out were easy. Communication with the owner was excellent. We enjoyed watching the boats and the rowers. The resort staff was friendly and the resort was clean. My friend and I took advantage of the spa during a stormy day and the massage was lovely. Getting Ubers was easy for anything we wanted to do that we couldn't walk to. There was a parking spot available to us, also, which was wonderful. We were very pleased with our choice and would love to stay here again some day if our conference returns to Waikiki area. The location was perfect for us to get around the city and the free parking was amazing. I highly recommend the city park/beach that you can see from this balcony just beyond the marina, the water was calmer with less rocks. The condo had everything we needed including the beach chairs. The unit was spacious for 4 people and had beds for all. The Ilikai is an awesome base camp with so much within walking distance. The $45/night valet, while not cheap was nice to have onsite. Valet did get busy at certain times leading to 10 minute wait times fir your car. The only issue we had with the unit was a sewer gas smell that became an issue after running the shower or sink. You had to keep the bathroom door shut to keep the smell out of the main living area. Other than that, my family had a great time in Waikiki.
