This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. The Condo Liaison, Paul Tucker, was very helpful and provided us with the answers to our many questions. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you enjoy an area that's great for shopping, dining, or just relaxing. There is parking available across the street from the hotel if you choose to rent a car during your stay. Be aware, there is very minimal parking in front of the Condo main office. There is also a very very steep driveway to enter this place and because of it's location (at a 3-way traffic signal), it can be difficult to get in and out in a car of any size. The accordion doors were hard to beat and they nicely added the partition for the second bedroom that not only gave the condo character but made it look bigger and then in the evening gives the guest privacy. Not really a complaint, just an opinion, the light switches and toilet upgrades took a little getting used too. Another observation, there was no toaster so we used the oven’s broiler to make toast in the morning. Really, the place is fantastic don’t hesitate, book it!!
