CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people donβt do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your familyβs arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driverβs License or other acceptable ID.
-NOT PET FRIENDLY.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

we felt like we were at home. Everything was clean and cozy without feeling hemmed in by the walls. The courtyard was lovely and very private. The staff at Padre Escapes were attentive and professional. Thank you for a lovely vacation!"

"Wavy Days Spring Break Trip
This is a perfect spot for exploring North Padre. The place is fairly priced. We had 2 adults and a teenager. We used the pool on our first day and explored the area beaches on the rest of the days. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The layout of the living room was a little difficult for all of us to watch TV but there is a TV in the main suite which helped with that. We really enjoyed the courtyard in the back and you felt secluded even though there is not much space between each unit. The staff that manages the rental were very communicative and had the place ready for us on time. We really liked North Shore National Park for going to the beach and went twice to Landry's Seafood. We were also able to tour the USS Lexington but did not make it to the aquarium. There is a Keurig coffee maker but make sure to bring your own coffee pods as there are none when you first arrive. "

"Great Beach Rental
Clean, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. Convenient location. Loved the layout with bedrooms at opposite ends of the unit. Highly recommended. Had a problem with A/C. Maintenance arrived with 30 minutes on a Saturday and immediately resolved the problem. "
