Great Room, dining room, eat-in kitchen and large deck w/ gas grill all overlooking the lake. Lower level game room has ping pong, foosball, seating, futons, full bath and laundry. Enjoy the seclusion of this very quiet lake house that is directly on Kerr Lake. Butchers Creek Cove is famous for great fishing and considered one of the best water skiing coves on the lake. Relax on the beautiful new dock or cruise the beautiful lake in your boat. This vacation home is only minutes from the historic lakeside town of Clarksville with its unique shops and multiple restaurants. It is also near historic Boydton, VA and Prestwood Plantation. As an alternative, you can boat into town and dock for free at the municipal dock. From the dock you can stroll to the shops and restaurants.

TV, fully equipped kitchen, Great Room. Large deck w/ gas grill overlooks the lake. Lower level has ping pong, foosball, seating and dining. Wi-fi. Using the fireplace is not allowed.

Visit our wonderful state park, Occoneechee Park, where you will find a brand new Splash Park and plenty of trails for hiking, running or cycling. Children LOVE the Splash Park! You can rent kayaks and canoes and paddle boards and jet skis. Boat to downtown Clarksville and dock your boat for free at the municipal docks. You can stroll the quaint turn-of-the-century downtown Clarksville with its many unique shops or dine at one of the many restaurants. We have several excellent restaurants, from very casual to very upper-crust. Some offer live music and entertainment. All of our churches will welcome you for Sunday services. Archery? We\'ve got it. You don\'t have to be a member to play golf at our local Donald Ross designed country club golf course, Kinderton Country Club. Kinderton also offers water aerobics to the public Monday thru Friday. There are local pilots who offer helicopter rides. Want to find the best fishing holes? We have several knowledgeable fishing guides. Visit the Kerr Lake Dam and see the turbines generating electricity. Clarksville has a regional history museum. No fee for entrance. If you come during the 3rd weekend in July, you can enjoy Lakefest (Virginia Lake Festival), one of the top festivals in the southeast: music, food, street vendors, children\'s rides, fireworks, sand sculpture, hot air balloon rides, helicopter rides. The 1st Saturday of each month (April-October), Clarksville has a Cruise In with antique and exotic cars on display. The 1st Sat. night of every month May-October offers live music and dancing outside under the stars on the corner of 5th St. and Virginia Ave. Coming for a lake vacation but have no boat? Don\'t worry. There are boat rentals available in town.
