CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Rental Agents Office.

Upon cancellation the full mount received less the travel insurance, non-refundable reservation fee and applicable taxes will be refunded. CHANGE OF PLANS OR RESCHEDULING: Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Visitor Reviews (23) Write a Review! "Grand Legacy #25 I’ve stayed with Elk Springs Resort many times. I have to say I was disappointed this time. Dust was everywhere. On all the shelves, on all the window sills, on the tv & on the tables. All the big picture windows had smudges & hand prints all over them. So much that it was the first thing I saw instead of the view. We cleaned them the best we could ourselves. Dead bugs were all over including the window sills. Dirt was in the jacuzzi tub in the downstairs bathroom. I’ve stayed with Elk Springs Resort many times over the years but after my experience this time, I don’t believe I’ll be back. Why is there no upper management checking on how these cabins are being cleaned? Also the WiFi did not work. I’m very disappointed, especially with the amount of money I spent to stay with this company. I’ll seek other cabin companies next time I stay in the Smokies. The day we arrived we noticed a stink bug on the couch in the theater room, so I got rid of it and proceeded to pull out the bed as our children were going to stay in that room. As i pulled the bed out, we found a few more bugs, and then a few more. I got rid of 8 stink bugs and 4 lady bugs, then called the office to speak with someone about the issue. The office informed us that bugs are normal and that everyone deals with them, and that they do keep up with pest control, however as we inquired about when the cabin was last treated, they said it had actually been a while. I wont share all the details, but we then found so many more bugs throughout our stay. The company did not help us resolve the situation, they didnt really apologize, nor did they offer any kind of discount or compensation for the service inconvenience of the bugs, and not being able to use the bed in the theater room which caused us to lose function of the living room as the lids had to stay in there. The cabin is located pretty high up on the mountain, but it is so close to everything. You can get to the Dollywood area within 10 minutes, as well as Pigeon Forge. The cabin was very clean and decorated for the Holidays. The views from the windows are amazing. One of the best views we have had in a cabin (we have been staying in this area for over 15 years). Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals is a great rental company and their staff is very helpful and check in on you to see if everything is okay. We loved the location of this cabin. Incredible views. The cabin has a great layout. The bed on the main level desperately needs to be replaced. You can visibly see a large dip/hole in the mattress. Our son woke up with a back ache every day. The AC on the basement level stopped working on your second day. Eli Springs had a repairman out quickly. He said the unit was incredibly old and needed to be replaced but he was able to get it back to functioning for the remainder of our stay. Kitchen tools need to be spruced up. There was no brownie pan or 9x13 pan so I had to run to the store for disposable ones. Overall we really enjoyed this cabin and will definitely rent from Elk Springs again." The floor plan was ideally situated for two couples or a family with kids: one bedroom and en suite bathroom per floor, and the game room on the loft level. We've rented different cabins in the Gatlinburg area, and this was the cleanest one we've stayed in. Main floor and loft furniture were in great shape, with gorgeous mountain views. One star off, however, for the lower level minor maintenance issues. The downstairs fridge smelled very mildewy, so we ended up not using the fridge and bar area. The movie equipment wasn't configured right, e.g. projection was crooked and incorrectly sized. My first load of laundry using the washer and dryer resulted in mildewy-smelling clothes, so I ended up spending 2 hours cleaning out the washer, digging out big wads of wet accumulated lint from the spinner, then running cleaning cycles with bleach. (Which did the trick.) I booked the cabin expecting to use the laundry to wash our hiking and swim gear, so it wasn't ideal to do maintenance work on vacation. On Day 3 of our stay, giant ants started appearing in the lower level bathroom, and steadily streamed in for the rest of our stay." The Theater included more warnings about penalty fines then instructions. On the plus side, we had an issue with heat, the service showed up quickly and fixed it immediately. Can't overstate the excellent customer service! One of the maintenance team needed to stop by to help us get the hot tub going and he was super helpful and personable.
