If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). "A beautiful home with an even more beautiful view The home was incredible with plenty of rooms and bathrooms, an incredible view, and the game room was a nice addition. The internet service was not working during our stay and was resolved within 24 hours. The maintenance experience was superb. The place had plenty of plates, glasses and pots. Could use a few basics such as pizza pans and large pans for the oven. Otherwise, a nice selection of utensils. The biggest issue was check-in, which was the worst I’ve experienced with a propertymanagementcompany. I confirmed a 3 PM arrival the day before, but at 1 PM on check-in day I was told the home wouldn’t be ready until 5 PM. Communication was slow and unclear, and we didn’t receive check-in instructions until 3:10 PM, just minutes before arriving. It made for a stressful start to our stay. Cleanliness was also a concern. The home appeared only surface-level clean. Our kids found pills left behind from previous guests, and I found used contact lenses. Several blankets were dirty, and replacements were never provided despite notifying management. For a home that accommodates 14 guests, there were only 8 bath towels and no towels available for the hot tub. There were also some missing and maintenance-related items. The house lacked basic kitchen items like baking pans, and there was no firewood as advertised—both were eventually delivered around 8 PM. The hot tub was disappointing, as many jets and knobs were broken. That said, there were some positives. The fenced-in yard was great for our dog, and the upstairs patio was a wonderful place to relax. Both living room areas were comfortable and worked well for a large group. The game room was a hit with the kids, and having two refrigerators was very convenient. A few improvements would go a long way: more towels (especially for hot tub use), better cleaning standards, quicker communication, more complete kitchen supplies, and some updates to furnishings (the lower-level beds were very uncomfortable). Adding more board games and screen doors on the sliders would also enhance the experience. Overall, the home has great potential, but the current management and upkeep need significant improvement to meet expectations." The only thing I found was a mass of hair in the master suite shower drain and the threshold to the shower was dirty and slimy. The view from inside should have been but the windows are horrible. I spent $30.00 on an extended window cleaner only to realize the problem is between the panes. There was hair around the bottom of the toilet in the main bath upstairs and toothpaste on mirror frame. The bottom molding was filthy. The tracks to the door’s upstairs were nasty. The grill had no propane, not that we would have used it because it was beyond filthy. The washing machine was filthy on the inside. Then the hot tub(the main reason we got a cabin) was filthy. We didn’t use the downstairs at all. So the morning we left, I stripped the bed. OMG the mattress protector was so filthy I wanted to puke. There was blood and body fluids all over it. Come on! This place is not cheap, supposed to be luxurious. It’s NOT! The cabin was very clean, updated and we all had plenty of space to feel comfortable. Having 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms made things very convenient for our large group. The game room was also a hit and we loved that it was not near any of the bedrooms so that it could be enjoyed later at night without the worry of disturbing those who went to bed earlier. The view was amazing and we loved having morning coffee on the deck. Communication from the management company was clear, helpful and friendly. I am disappointed that they did not inform us or simply put up a shower liner/curtain in each bathroom (a simple fix). Otherwise the property was wonderful.
