Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents. This cabin is professionally managed by in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking my be staying in the cabin. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are not pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Rental Agents Office.

From the moment we were interested in one of their cabins, staff went above and beyond to help us. The reservation process and check in was extremely smooth. Everything was online and via text, but they were readily available by phone. You just show up to a beautiful, clean, well stocked cabin, and they do the rest. Everything in the cabin was very organized with signs to make sure you could use all the amenities with ease. Our cabin was perfectly situated on a quiet mountain cul-de-sac with a gorgeous view and was only 12 minutes to Gatlinburg and 20 to Pigeon Forge. There was a grocery store very close with all we needed for our stay. The cabin was also set up perfectly for our family of four. We felt extremely safe with our small kids and the indoor pool because this company made sure we had two pool alarms! One one the door and one in the actual pool incase someone fell in. There aren't blinds which is very appealing to me. The scenery was incredible and would be lost if anything was blocking. However, you may want to bring a robe if you're not a big fan of clothes �� If I had one complaint it would be that the bed was not comfortable. It needs better sheets and softer mattress, but this is my preference. Overall really enjoyable and would recommend 100%. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did have an issue of a breaker switch turning off, but maintenance was quick to arrive and fix the issue. Couldn't have asked for a better experience." Oct 31, 2024 - Amanda H., Pensacola "Rhinestone Cowboy cabin NEEDS BLINDS! My husband and I recently stayed at this cabin. The cabin was clean and neat. All of the amenities were in working order. We really found the balcony the highlight for us. But a few very important items were missing that would have made this cabin a winner. 1st- There are no blinds on the top level or any by the pool area. I was very self conscious about this. Even though some of the windows have a slight tint they do not provide privacy. And especially at night time when the lights are on. We noticed that all of the surrounding cabins have blinds. Why not this one? And the 2nd thing is (believe it or not) there is absolutely no where INSIDE to relax with your legs up, except the bed. Yes, I mean there are no reclining chairs (even in the theater room) or a couch. So if you just want to kick back with your legs up and eat a bag of popcorn, its not happening. Those gray round chairs pictured are not comfortable and your legs hang over the edge. It wasn't a big issue but the sauna is a one person sauna. Oh, and there is no bathroom on the main floor. Stairs either up or down to get to one of the two bathrooms. So in short this was a nice cabin and we would love to come back if it has blinds added. The area was quiet and easy to navigate (with GPS, of course) and close to many tourist attractions and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable, temperatures could be adjusted for every space easily, the pool was extremely clean, many places to relax with different views, and the entire space felt like it had been set up just for us. Communication was nearly instantaneous with management and they were always kind and courteous. My only review point that wasn't the best is the WiFi - we lost connection countless times, but that helped us with our goal of disconnecting from the outside world. For example, most of the construction is simple wood, all of the floors are concrete. This makes for easy maintenance and upkeep. Every single device is on a timer, and the clicking gets annoying, but I get it. We loved the pool, the sauna, the fireplaces, etc ... Wish the master bedroom had an option for curtains (bring your sleep mask!). We had a couple small maintenance issues (overheated AC unit upon arrival, fuse blown on dehumidifier, an exterior window broken) but they were handled right away. Convenient to downtown Gatlinburg - far enough to feel "away" from the town yet close enough to be a short drive from anything." We even saw a bear just a few yards away from our cabin! Free parking right next to the cabin. Not over crowded. Peaceful location. The cabin could have been cleaned better. There was hair in the shower and lots of cob webs. Very low water pressure made it impossible to enjoy the luxurious showers. The beds were extremely hard and there is no cell service.
