| Description |
Seven Seas Unit 2 offers a comfortable and well-positioned beachfront stay in South Akumal, set along the quieter stretch just south of Jade Bay. Located on the ground floor, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo places guests steps from a large oceanfront pool and just beyond, the Caribbean Sea.
Inside, the layout is open and functional, designed for small groups who value both shared space and privacy. The living room faces the ocean through screened openings, capturing natural light and sea breezes throughout the day. A breakfast bar connects the kitchen to the dining area for six, making it easy to gather for meals or unwind after a day at the beach.
Both bedrooms are furnished with king beds and feature en-suite bathrooms, creating a balanced setup for couples or families traveling together. Mini-split air conditioning is installed in each bedroom and the living room, while the kitchen and dining areas remain naturally ventilated.
Outdoors, guests enjoy access to a large shared swimming pool, sun loungers, and oceanfront hammocks. On-site management adds convenience and peace of mind throughout your stay.
Seven Seas sits at the northern end of South Akumal, about a five-minute walk to Jade Bay and Jungle Fish Beach Club. Akumal Bay, with additional dining and shops, is approximately a 25-minute walk along the beach. Transportation is limited, so renting a car or hiring a private driver is recommended for exploring beyond the immediate area.

"excellent
The unit could not have been more perfect. The deco was exceptional and was stocked extremely well. Small touches make a huge difference, and they were noticed and appreciated. If you're looking, look no more; I mean, it's a private beach pool right outside the door, in a quiet, protected area. We travel quite a lot by far exceeded our expectations"
