Seven Seas sits at the northern end of South Akumal, about a five-minute walk to Jade Bay and Jungle Fish Beach Club. Akumal Bay, with additional dining and shops, is approximately a 25-minute walk along the beach. Transportation is limited, so renting a car or hiring a private driver is recommended for exploring beyond the immediate area.

CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email in our office. If a refund is applicable, the refund payment will be processed within 4-6 weeks of the cancellation notice and will be in the form of a US check or a refund to the credit card account.

Cancellation for any holiday reservation (Christmas, New Year's) will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the Total Rent. Some property owners will authorize rescheduling or credit towards a future stay. This strictly depends on the individual property owner and cannot be guaranteed without authorization from the said owner.
Your reservation may not be subject to refund in case of cancellation due to a Hurricane, natural disaster, or other "acts of god". We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.
